For our luxury listings, we are also marketing those via email blasts to targeted markets as well as sometime even hand carrying brochures to luxury brokers in key market areas (for us that's Orange County/LA/Napa/Medford/Etc.) These markets change as does our marketing. We have also run ads in various magazines (ie:Hemispheres Magazine- the United Airlines magazine, Unique Homes Magazine). We are open to working with sellers to find the best marketing method for each individual property...
