Our offices, shops and warehouses are located on a 3.5-acre tract in the heart of downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The 9,200 square foot office complex houses Project Managers/Estimators, a Quality Control Manager, Safety Director, Office and Human Resources Manager, an Accounting team and Administrative staff. Rand has two warehouse buildings with over 28,000 square feet of storage space. Our piping fabrication shop has 8,500 square feet and includes seven multi-functional welding stations with four large jib cranes to move pipe from the delivery truck to the workstation.
