    Rod C. Spence made his feature film directorial debut with the suspense thriller The Man Next Door in 1998, a film that went on to become the highest rented video for film distributor The Asylum. Spence was named director of the month for Hollywood Video nationwide for The Man Next Door. Spence co-wrote and directed the short film, Stump The Millionaire, and the documentary "The Making Of Stump" that won Best Documentary at the 168 Hour Film Project in the spring of 2005.
