S.A.F.E - Key Persons
Alexis Sharpe was born in Holland, Michigan, and grew up in Metamora, Michigan. Alexis graduated from Oxford High School in 2016 and attended Central Michigan University, graduating in 2020. While attending CMU, she was the athletics chairman and event coordinator or her sorority. Considering how much she enjoyed event planning, Alexis changed her major from education to event management and hasn't looked back since. Alexis graduated with a bachelor's degree of Applied Arts while majoring in Recreation and Event Management and minoring in Outdoor Education and Recreation.
Alexis was hired as an Office and Event Coordinator for S.A.F.E. Management - Michigan in January 2022. She is very excited to grow in this position and to further her professional career with SAFE Management.
Ashley Gustafson started with S.A.F.E. Management in June 2022 as an Office and Events Coordinator at Huntington Place in Detroit. She is excited to continue her career growth with S.A.F.E. Management.
Brandon Selland was born and raised on the Eastern shore of Maryland before joining the U.S. Navy as a Master-At-Arms in 2014. Over his nine-year Naval career, Brandon became a subject matter expert in the areas of Antiterrorism Force Protection, Physical Security, and Law Enforcement, resulting in him developing training plans and writing pre planned responses and standard operating procedures at his various military commands.

As Director of Security, Dan has assisted with the development of a new security screening procedure, i.e. "hand wanding", of all individuals entering University of Phoenix Stadium on Cardinal game days. His responsibilities have included the Tostitos Fiesta Bowls, two BCS National Championship games, Rolling Stones/U2 concerts, automotive sports, trade shows, International Soccer matches, conventions and festivals.[/vc_column_text]
Dan is a Certified Sport Security Professional (CSSP) and member of the National Center for Sports Spectator Safety and Security (NCS4). Since 2016, Dan was been a member of the Private Security Committee of NCS4. He acted as chairman and committee member for the City of Phoenix North Gateway Village Planning Committee from 2008-2015. He also served on the Board of Directors for the North Gateway Homeowners Association until 2015 and the Board of Directors for Collins Creek, Phoenix, AZ. Dan resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife, Jill and their seven-year-old son, Cale.

Devyn McMichael was born and raised in Suwanee, Georgia. She attended the University of South Carolina, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. Throughout her college career, Devyn gained valuable experience through internships with Priority Sports sports-agency, the Gamecock Football program in recruiting and operations, and S.A.F.E. Management's Atlanta office.
After graduating in May 2025, Devyn accepted a full-time position with S.A.F.E. Management in Atlanta, as an Office and Event Coordinator. She supports daily administrative functions and contributes to event operations. Devyn is excited to continue working with S.A.F.E. Management and looks forward to leveraging her previous experience, to make a meaningful impact.
In her spare time, Devyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, working out, and shopping.

Emily Chavez is the Office and Events Coordinator at S.A.F.E. Management, Nevada. She was born and raised in Victorville, California and attended UNLV to pursue a degree in Hospitality with a concentration in Event Management and Design. In October of 2020, Emily was hired by S.A.F.E. Management as a Guest Experience Teammate. Through her work experiences and continued hard work, Emily climbed the ranks and was promoted to a Guest Experience Supervisor for the 2021 and 2022 season. Even with the promotion to a Supervisor, Emily desired more experience in the day-to-day operations and applied for an Internship. In January 2023, she was welcomed into the Intern role and continued to add to her work experience by learning the check-in, reconciliation, and onboarding processes. Following her graduation from UNLV in December 2023, Emily was offered and accepted the Office and Events Coordinator position!

Erica Roman was born and raised in Michigan and has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Recreation and Event Management from Central Michigan University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude through the Honors College.
During her time at CMU, Erica minored in American Sign Language and was highly active in campus life. She played a key role in planning and executing events as a member of the Honors Program Board, the Homecoming Committee, and served as Director of Programming for her residence hall.
In 2022, Erica began her career with S.A.F.E. Management in Detroit at Ford Field, initially as an intern and later on as an Administrative Assistant. Her experience with S.A.F.E. has included events such as Detroit Lions Training Camps, regular-season games, concerts, and the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit.
