SCURLOCK FOUNDATION

The Scurlock Foundation was founded in 1954 by Eddy Clark Scurlock and his wife, Elizabeth Belchner Scurlock, along with their daughter, Laura Lee Scurlock Blanton and her husband, Jack S. Blanton. Since its founding the Foundation has provided financial support to non-profit organizations primarily in the arenas of education, health, civic enhancement, culture and human services. Recognizing the profound faith in God and his Church that motivated and inspired the generosity of its founders, succeeding generations have continued to prioritize faith-based efforts and institutions through their giving. During the past seven decades, an integral part of the culture of the Scurlock Foundation has been to honor the founders' legacy and strong sense of family.
