Role performed: Team Leader As a Team Leader, participated in a project for a Philadelphia based insurance company to design and develop a Central Intake Facility for the capture of all incoming documents into a new FileNet based imaging and workflow system. The project included an examination of all incoming documents to determine their applicability and suitability for imaging in the new FileNet environment, the evaluation of current document handling procedures and the development of new procedures to facilitate electronic capture and distribution. Additional duties included the design of the physical plant for the Central Intake Facility including the layout of imaging and other Mail Handling equipment. As a Technical Analyst, assisted in the Employee Services Imaging Project implementation to define imaging process requirements and imaging software security mechanisms.
