Martin Worden is a strategic and results-driven engineering executive. He commands 35+ years of progressive success in the research, planning, management, design, and construction administration of a wide variety of institutional, commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential improvements of varying sizes and complexity. Mr. Worden has managed the site evaluation process for projects nationwide. He has collaborated with large multi-disciplinary, professional design teams on major retail projects in Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Illinois, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wisconsin. Mr. Worden combined his extensive experience, design skills, and supervisory skills in the successful completion of dozens of Site Evaluation Studies, and "Due Diligence" Reports for a wide variety site conditions. Some of his major clients have included Simon Properties, The Mills Corporation, Walmart, General Growth Properties, Staubach, Cypress Equities, Tucker Development, Harley Davidson, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's, Lowe's, Menard's, McDonald's, Wendy's, Pick ‘N Save, Osco Drugs, and Homart Development Company. He has demonstrated leadership and expertise in evaluating, and addressing a wide range of complex site design, and construction challenges.
