Amy, a Denver native, graduated from Colorado State University with a BFA degree in Art, after attending Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and the International College of Commerce and Economics in Kawagoe, Japan. Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Mr. Hachem was a Principal and Managing Director with George Smith Partners (GSP) and brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Hachem has significant experience working as a commercial mortgage banker, including long-term relationships with many of the Slatt Capital correspondent lenders. In addition to traditional commercial mortgage banking, Mr. Hachem and his team have extensive experience handling construction financing, JV & pref equity, and complex structured finance transactions.
Having been an investment broker, principal, builder and mortgage banker, Antonio brings great value to all parties on real estate transactions. Antonio lives at the beach city of Santa Monica with his wife and two children.

Mr. Shaffer has 35 years of capital markets and CRE finance experience with an extensive history of arranging debt and structured financing for commercial and multifamily properties nationwide. Mr. Shaffer has successfully structured both debt and equity placements for private entrepreneurs and institutional clients. Additionally, Mr. Shaffer ran his own global investment advisory company, led dispositions for the world's largest real estate owner, created a global trade association and operated projects for several development firms. He has served as a contractor for the United States Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), as an Expert Witness and California Superior Court Receiver.

A San Diego native, Mr. Charfauros brings extensive finance experience, adaptive business strategy, capital markets and leadership to his commercial real estate projects. Prior to opening the San Diego office, Mr. Charfauros lived and worked for over 13 years in Los Angeles, San Gabriel Valley, San Fernando Valley and the Temecula Valley and has intimate knowledge of the greater Southern California market.
Mr. Charfauros is a member of the Structured Finance team at Slatt Capital and brings his extensive knowledge of finance and capital markets to his investor/developer clients. He is an expert in financial proforma modelling and analysis, and works intimately with his value-add investor and developer clients to optimize financial efficiency in the structuring of their investments.

Cornelius joined Slatt Capital in 2022 together with Antonio Hachem and Wendy Wang, previously serving as Assistant Vice President at George Smith Partners. Cornelius has found success together with his team in structured finance deals including but not limited to participating senior loans, construction financing, preferred and JV equity, and subordinate debt across all asset classes.
Cornelius is an experienced CRE professional with a background in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Private Equity. Prior to joining GSP, Cornelius worked as a Senior Analyst in Private Equity, mostly focused on industrial and retail properties, as well as private off-airport parking facilities. In addition to real estate focus in PE, he also assisted the team with acquisitions and portfolio management of the firm's investments in companies in the CPG sector.
Cornelius grew up competing in many different sports such as tennis, go kart racing, and soccer. He was previously a world ranked amateur and junior golfer, having won several national titles and placed multiple top 10 finishes at major events in the US, Europe, and Latin America. Today he gets his competitive appetite satisfied at a local CrossFit gym.

Daniel Friedeberg is the Chief Executive Officer of Slatt Capital. He oversees all of the company's origination and servicing of loans. Daniel has worked in the real estate and financial services industry since 1992, and has been with Slatt since 1994. Daniel has secured several billion dollars in closings and continues to actively originate and structure a wide breadth of commercial transactions across the country.

Scott was formerly an Executive Vice President and Principle with a large California Real Estate valuation and consulting firm. He is consistently a top producing loan originator in California and throughout the United States. He has provided in excess of $4 billion of loan placements and valuations throughout his career. His experience includes all property types, including numerous structured loans to meet both borrower and property-specific requirements. His lending platform extends nationally, having placed over 100 hotel loans in 12 different states as a specialty niche. Mr. Monasch also has served as an expert witness in court cases regarding valuation disputes and has been a speaker for different trade groups. Mr. Monasch joined Slatt Capital in 1997, and is currently a Principal with the firm.
