Aaron oversees the technology and data infrastructure that helps power Targeted Victory's prospecting program. He has a wealth of experience in deploying large scale technology solutions to optimize positive political outcomes. Aaron first started at Targeted Victory in 2012, and in 2017, he joined the Republican National Committee as the Senior Director of Digital Technology where he designed and implemented a new digital technology stack to help fuel the party's record-breaking fundraising apparatus. He rejoined Targeted Victory in 2019. Over the course of Aaron's tenure at Targeted Victory he's had a myriad of different roles all related to marketing technology and data infrastructure.
Abe brings over a decade of experience at the highest levels of high stakes public policy and political campaigns. Over the past few political cycles, Abe's team strung together impressive victories in some of the most challenging environments across the country while raising over $350 million. Additionally, he has advised Fortune 500 companies with brand and consumer strategy. Abe received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law and has degrees in Industrial Engineering and German from the University of Alabama.
Alberto provides strategic counsel and public affairs solutions to corporations, campaigns and non-profits. Most recently, Alberto served as United States Senator Marco Rubio's Chief of Staff and as a key advisor through two senate campaigns and his campaign for President of the United States.
Alex helps lead the firm's public affairs and advocacy practice. He provides integrated public affairs solutions for Fortune 500 corporations, coalitions, and causes. Alex has over a decade of communications and campaign experience. He previously served as Chief of Staff for U.S. Representative Bradley Byrne (AL-01).
Amy has spent over a decade in the digital space working with non-profits, think tanks, political campaigns, and Super PACS. She helps lead Targeted Victory's Outside Groups team, and most recently managed over 75 Independent Expenditures for House and Senate candidates.
Andrew oversees Targeted Victory's technology platforms and integrations, driving technological growth that directly impacts business outcomes. Previous to Targeted Victory, Andrew has excelled as a technical and business leader in companies ranging from start-ups to global corporations with experience in multiple industries including financial services and industrial manufacturing.
Angela leads the Accounting & Finance team at Targeted Victory. With over 25 years of accounting experience and leadership, she is helping to develop policies and transform processes to support the continuous growth of the firm. Angela most recently spent 20 years as a Finance Director with EY. She is originally from Wisconsin and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Angie Teates - Chief Strategy Officer
Angie is a marketing technology leader, known for her ability to build high-performing teams that achieve results using technology as a foundation for transparency, accountability, and teamwork. At Targeted Victory, Angie optimizes results for our clients by driving our vision into the future of digital communications and empowering our teams to unlock the maximum value from the latest fundraising technologies and marketing tools. She has more than 20 years of leadership experience developing and implementing growth strategies in digital marketing, technology, and operations. Prior to serving as Targeted Victory's Chief Strategy Officer, Angie led Lansinoh's North America division where she helped them transform to a digital-first eCommerce organization.
Ashley joins Targeted Victory from the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), where she served as Digital Director for the 2020 cycle. As the committee's Digital Director, she oversaw the largest online fundraising program in the building's history. Prior to her work at the NRSC, Ashley led digital marketing, advertising, and fundraising efforts for top political campaigns and committees raising over $250 million. She is from Ohio and is a graduate of DePauw University.
Bobby is a Vice President on the Platforms team. This is Bobby's second stint at Targeted Victory, previously working here from 2012-2016. From 2017-2021, Bobby was Senior Director of Digital Data at the Republican National Committee, building out two Salesforce instances for the committee. Currently Bobby oversees Targeted Victory's Marketing Technology and SMS programs.
Brian helps lead Targeted Victory's digital fundraising team. He brings over 15 years of political experience specializing in email fundraising. Over his career, he has overseen email fundraising projects raising hundreds of millions of dollars for candidates. Prior to joining Targeted Victory, Brian served as a staffer in the U.S. Senate and as Chief of Staff in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Caeli is a leading digital strategist, having advised dozens of Senate, House and Gubernatorial campaigns and helping to raise over $1 billion for conservative candidates and committees over the past several election cycles. She leads a team of strategists dedicated to optimizing processes, efficiencies and opportunities for Targeted Victory while providing thought leadership and best practices to both campaigns and the company's client strategy teams. A Colorado native, Caeli previously worked on Capitol Hill and is a double alumna of The George Washington University.
Cameron leads Targeted Victory's marketing teams serving corporate, public affairs and political clients. His multi-disciplinary background includes polling, graphic design, digital fundraising, videography, art direction and research. His political experience includes the successful election or re-election of 150 candidates as well as managing national digital programs for House leadership.

Connie brings more than 20 years of campaign, public relations and issue advocacy experience to our corporate and non-profit clients and oversees our national field network. She most recently served as CEO of Direct Impact, a division of Burson-Marsteller and has worked in Congress and the Administration, including serving as Chief of Staff to Cathy McMorris Rodgers.
David helps lead Targeted Victory's public affairs practice. He served as the Digital Director at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. Prior to joining the Trump Administration, Pasch was Communications Director for U.S. Representative Peter J. Roskam (IL-06), a senior Republican on the House Ways & Means Committee. He previously served in a variety of roles at Generation Opportunity, on former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum's 2012 presidential campaign, and at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).
Deborah leads the prospecting program at Targeted Victory. She's overseen nearly $300 million in email and text campaigns across 100+ Republican clients over the past two election cycles, and manages the team behind the effort. Deborah's deep knowledge of the rental and donor market, along with her close relationships with vendors has helped clients optimize real-time prospecting decisions.

Gina oversees Operations at Targeted Victory, working with the Accounting & Finance, HR, IT and Legal teams to ensure process improvements and cross-functional teamwork as the company continues to grow. Prior to moving into an Operations role, Gina spent 7 years servicing clients in executing strategic online fundraising, advertising, creative and email marketing programs. In 2014, Gina managed all the digital operations of the most closely watched senate race in the country - Joni Ernst's campaign for Iowa's open senate seat. In 2013, she oversaw the digital marketing efforts of turning Senator Marco Rubio's State of the Union Response "water bottle moment" into $250k+ raised in Marco Rubio water bottle sales for his PAC.
Greg brings over 20 years of experience in list brokerage and management fundraising. He joins Targeted Victory from the acquisition of TMA Direct, where he served as Sr. Vice President. His vast expertise in email and direct mail fundraising has helped his clients raise millions of dollars. Over the years, he has worked with political, financial, and commercial clients.
Haitham oversees Targeted Victory's email operations, email service providers management, email strategy, email performance, and deliverability for both house and prospecting. Along with being a key stakeholder in our marketing stack and databases infrastructure, Haitham brings in 20+ years of experience in digital marketing and email marketing. Previous to Targeted Victory, Haitham worked in multiple industries including financial, trade organizations, digital marketing agencies, and non-profits
Jen brings an extensive background in fundraising and online marketing spanning over 15 years. She has raised nearly $300 million for candidates and causes both online and offline. Her experience includes: work for two presidential campaigns; dozens of U.S. Senate, congressional, and gubernatorial campaigns; political organizations, and nationally recognized nonprofits. She holds a bachelor's degree from The University of California, Davis, and a master's degree from The George Washington University.

John is an accomplished executive with expertise in leading the finance and operations functions in large professional services firms. With over 20 years of executive finance and operations leadership experience for global and Fortune 500 companies, John has a demonstrated record of improving profitability by enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. He is recognized for his ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges and is skilled in business transformation involving mergers, acquisitions, and system implementations. John received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and his Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Josh leads Targeted Victory's crypto and blockchain technology practice within public affairs and advocacy. He most recently worked as Deputy Chief of Staff for Senator Cynthia Lummis (WY) where he oversaw the Senator's DC office, led overall political strategy, and helped start the bi-partisan Senate Financial Innovation Caucus. Before joining Senator Lummis, Josh was Director of Strategic Partnerships and Advisor to the Executive Director at Heritage Action, the political arm of The Heritage Foundation. He's also a former staffer for Congressman Jim Jordan (OH). Josh is a graduate of The University of Akron.

Katie is an experienced digital marketing strategist overseeing Targeted Victory's product teams including advertising, email, text messaging and data & analytics. She focuses on leveraging technology to make her teams more effective and efficient, and brings innovative strategies to the suite of marketing tools. Prior to overseeing the product team, Katie spent 6 years as part of Targeted Victory's Advertising team, where she led the planning, strategy, and implementation of over $50 million of digital media. She was recognized as a Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections in 2018. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Kyle is a Vice President on our Client Strategy team and has helped lead winning digital efforts for numerous top-tier Congressional and Senate campaigns. He has a professional background in public affairs, public policy, and political strategy - including serving as a Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill and as a White House appointee at the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Logan is a former senior aide to Senator Cory Gardner (R-CO) and served as Director of Data and Analytics at the National Republican Senatorial Committee during the 2018 cycle. As part of the Public Affairs team, he brings his deep background in polling, data, digital advertising, and communications to bear for campaigns, corporations, associations, and other causes.
Lyman has worked in digital and grassroots fundraising for nearly a decade, and his experience and expertise has established him as one of the premier grassroots fundraising experts in Republican politics. During his tenure at the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where he most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer, not only did the NRCC retake the House of Representatives, but his team continually broke grassroots fundraising records. When not in the office, Lyman can be spending too much time golfing, cooking, or watching one of his finally not struggling sports teams (Manchester United, Buffalo Bills, and Buffalo Sabres).
Maggie helps lead the firm's hyperlocal practice. Utilizing Targeted Victory's national network of operatives, she provides local strategy for corporate clients across all 50 states. Maggie has worked on a variety of hyperlocal activations that focus on corporate social responsibility, reputation, and product launch at the local level. Prior to Targeted Victory, Maggie worked at the National Association of REALTORS for 6 years on their political advocacy and PAC teams where she served as regional political director in 10 states.
Martin managed digital programs for some of the top races in the country over the last five cycles - including 20+ Senators, 30+ House Members and a half dozen Gubernatorial candidates. Currently, Martin oversees 90+ staff and nearly as many clients, working with federal and statewide candidates and committees to provide strategic counsel and execute best-in-class digital programs. He is a graduate of Marquette University and an avid Cleveland sports fan.
Matt has advised presidential candidates, members of Congress, and Fortune 500 companies on communications and rapid response. Gorman was most recently the Communications Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) - the youngest in its history. A veteran of two presidential campaigns, he served as rapid response director and national spokesman for Jeb Bush's 2016 presidential campaign and an aide to Mitt Romney's 2012 campaign. Gorman regularly appears as an analyst on network and cable news programs.
As Political Division Chairman, Mike plays a key leadership role with the goal of further expanding Targeted Victory's political client base. A 30-year industry veteran, Mike has been hired to provide grassroots fundraising and message strategy services by numerous U.S. Presidential candidates including: President Donald J. Trump, Dr. Ben Carson, Speaker Newt Gingrich, Governor Tim Pawlenty, Senator Fred Thompson, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, businessman Herman Cain, and Governor Mitt Romney.
Nathan served the past several years as Policy Advisor to FCC Chairman Ajit Pai. Before working at the Commission, he was a Senior Fellow at the R Street Institute where he managed the institute's government relations and wrote extensively on emerging technology, intellectual property and privacy. Prior to these roles, he worked as a legislative aide on Capitol Hill.
Before joining Targeted Victory, Peter was the Deputy Political Director for the National Republican Senatorial Committee. Despite the national headwinds the party faced, the GOP held onto the majority in the US Senate. During the 2020 cycle, Peter guided over $55m in Independent Expenditures across multiple states for races up and down the ballot including, Arizona, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Peter has a deep knowledge base of the dynamics of Pennsylvania, having worked on multiple congressional races and five different statewide campaigns since 2008. In 2016 he was Campaign Manager for U.S. Senator Pat Toomey's 2016 re-election bid in Pennsylvania, which at the time was the most expensive US Senate race in history.
Rebecca helps lead Targeted Victory's corporate work, overseeing a wide range of strategic projects across social and digital channels. She recently spent four years working in Boston for a premier corporate client, leading a team of 15 focused on "always on" digital marketing and community management. Prior to joining the corporate team, she worked across multiple political clients, and was the Content Director for Mitt Romney's campaign in 2012. She first joined Targeted Victory in 2009, learning about the intersection of digital and politics.
Over the last 7 years, Ryan has been a member of the Targeted Victory Executive Team and has overseen many of the largest digital ad campaigns executed by the firm. His experience in both campaigns and public affairs has allowed him to take leading roles on a wide variety of clients.
Ryan has worked at the highest level of politics and public relations, most recently serving as Senior Vice President at FP1 Strategies, a public affairs and media relations firm specializing in project management, strategic planning and message development. Williams previously served as a deputy national press secretary for Governor Mitt Romney's campaign for president, as communications director of the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and on former Senator John E. Sununu's 2008 reelection campaign.
Sam helps lead Targeted Victory's political campaign division and has over a decade of experience managing and consulting candidate campaigns and ballot initiatives at the local, state, and federal level. Sam mostly recently served as Chief of Staff to a U.S. Representative who served on the House Energy & Commerce Committee, Republican House Leadership team, and was the Deputy Chair of the National Republican Congressional Committee.
Sarah was the Political Director of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) in the successful 2016 and 2018 cycles where Republicans held and expanded their Senate majority. Prior to that, Sarah served as Western Region Political Director for the NRSC in 2014, managed Jeff Flake's successful primary and general election runs for Senate in 2012, and was Deputy Campaign Manager for Jon Kyl's successful 2006 Senate election. Sarah has a wealth of experience in political campaigns and has also worked in the fields of advocacy, public affairs, government relations, and communications. Sarah was born and raised in Missouri before moving to Arizona to work in politics, and is a graduate of Iowa State University.
Sean helps lead Targeted Victory's Public Affairs practice. Groman spent nearly 15 years working in national broadcast journalism and has vast experience in storytelling, content creation, and reaching both national & local audiences. Groman most recently served as an Executive Producer at the FOX News Channel, where he worked on their highly successful morning show. He brings unique and specific insights on brand awareness & mass media.
Seth leads a team at Targeted Victory focused on helping political and advocacy groups identify and activate supporters to advance their mission through fundraising, persuasion, or earned media. Prior to joining Targeted Victory, he spent ten years working in communications and leadership positions on Capitol Hill and campaigns, including roles as a Chief of Staff in the House and campaign manager on a U.S. Senate race. Seth is an Alabama native and graduate of the University of Alabama.
Steve helps lead Targeted Victory's corporate practice and specializes in working with corporate and non-profit clients on advocacy, field, and marketing efforts. He has lead candidate, advocacy and super-pac campaigns at the local, state and federal level in nearly every state in the country. Most recently he worked in public affairs at Walmart and previously led Carly for America, Americans for Job Security and the NH Republican Party.
Tad is a 9 year veteran of Targeted Victory. He helps manage the Public Affairs team, working with corporate and non-profit clients on advocacy, field, and digital marketing efforts. Tad spent 3 cycles managing the digital advertising and fundraising strategy for over 20 statewide campaigns. Before joining Targeted Victory, he worked in Boston for the Romney-Ryan campaign and served as a Legislative Director on Capitol Hill.
Ted Dacey - Managing Director
Tiffany leads Targeted Victory's crypto and blockchain technology practice within public affairs and advocacy. Tiffany most recently worked on Capitol Hill where she worked for nearly a decade. She is a Congressman Jordan and Congressman Schweikert alumni. She has handled technology issues for most of her career and helped build the Congressional Blockchain Caucus.
Vanessa helps lead Targeted Victory's Public Affairs practice. She brings over a decade of experience working in national politics at the highest levels. Before joining Targeted Victory, she served as Senior Advisor on Speaker Paul Ryan's national political organization. She most recently worked in the nonprofit space for former NFL player Deion Sanders.
Whitney brings over a decade of digital fundraising and political work to Targeted Victory. She got her start in politics working on John McCain for President in 2008 and since then has been across the country working on numerous Presidential and Senate campaigns. She most recently spearheaded the digital for Senator Susan Collins and Senator Ron Johnson.

Zac is a leading voice in how digital is disrupting traditional communications. He has extensive political, digital and communications experience, having served as Digital Director for Mitt Romney for President. He has helped Fortune 500 companies enhance their brand and get their message out in the current political and media environment. His corporate work includes brands such as FedEx, AT&T, Facebook and Gillette.
