Erkan Özmen was born in 31st of October, 1962 in Elazığ. He was graduated from Department of Architecture of Mimar Sinan University in 1986. He studied architecture in British Colombia University, Canada between the years of 1991-1993. Worked for a 710-house project in Urfa-Turkey with Erna Company of which he was the owner in 1986-1988. Özmen, worked as Finishing Work Chief in projects of Libya for STFA company in 1993-1996.
