The authorized share capital of the Company is Rs.2.00 crores and the paid up share capital is Rs.1.00 crore. TNUIFSL is a Public-Private Partnership in urban sector. It is promoted by Government of Tamil Nadu with equity participation from banks and financial institutions namely ICICI Bank, Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Limited and IL &FS Financial Services Limited (IL & FS)... We provide financial services to urban infrastructure development projects
