David has over 25 years of Applications programming, design, development and management experience. This experience includes cross industry Financial, Insurance and Manufacturing application, as well as End User Computing Systems.
David's employment background includes several "500" companies such as General Motors, ROHR Industries, Glendale Federal Bank, and Blue Cross. His Management experience has been in working with large IBM mainframe centers. He has managed and implemented mini computer environments, as well as implementing wide and local area networks and PC environments. As the Vice President of a major national financial institution for a number of years, David utilized his technical and administrative skills on a number of nationwide projects and systems.
