Abner Peralta has been the Company Secretary of the Company since May 2012. Mr. Peralta holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in England.
Mr. Peralta was admitted to practice law in Belize in July 2015 and is a member of the Belize Bar Association.
Mr. Peralta is also the Company Secretary for The Belize Bank Limited, the largest banking operation in Belize, and its subsidiary Belize Bank International Limited, a company authorised to conduct international banking business with international customers from Belize.
Mr. Guiseppi was most recently the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited (CIHL) and the Chairman of The Belize Bank Limited and Belize Bank International Limited. Prior to joining CIHL, Mr. Guiseppi held the position of Managing Director of RBTT Merchant Bank. Mr. Guiseppi holds an M.Sc in Economics from the University of the West Indies.

Mr. Stewart Howard has over twenty-three years of banking experience and has worked in varying fields in finance from Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Forex, Operations, Commercial & Retail Lending and Card Services. He started his career with Republic Bank Limited in Trinidad, and in 2010 joined The Belize Bank Limited in Belize later transferring to British Caribbean Bank Limited (BCB) in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI). In June 2012, Mr. Howard was appointed Managing Director of BCB. During his tenure in the Turks and Caicos Islands he served as the President of the Banking Association of TCI and has worked throughout the region including Trinidad, Barbados, Cuba, Belize and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Mr. Howard is a graduate of the Institute of Banking and Finance as the valedictorian in addition to reading for Management and Finance at the University of West Indies where he graduated with 1st Class Honours.

Peter Gaze has been a director of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited since 2007 and was appointed Chairman on October 8, 2019. He is also a non-executive Director of Marlowe Holdings PLC, Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited, Carlisle Support Services Group Limited and Hawley Group Limited.
Mr. Gaze was previously Chief Financial Officer of Caribbean Investment Holdings Limited from 1997 to 2015 and of Waterloo Investment Holdings Limited from 2011 to 2015.
During its expansion in the UK and US in the period leading up to its acquisition by Tyco International in 1997, Mr. Gaze was a senior financial executive at ADT Group Limited.
Mr. Gaze trained with the international accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Lord Ashcroft KCMG PC is an international businessman, philanthropist, author and pollster. His many, varied business interests include significant investments and participation in both public and private companies in the UK, US and the Caribbean. He was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of Impellam Group plc in December 2014. In 2012, he was appointed a member of the Privy Council and was formerly the Prime Minister's Special Representative for Veterans' Transition in the UK.
He resigned from the House of Lords in 2015 to concentrate on other areas of his work. He is a former Trustee and President of the West India Committee and a former Trustee of the Imperial War Museum. In 2016, Lord Ashcroft was made Knight Grand Cross of the Most Sacred Order of the Holy Trinity (Ethiopia) and a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society. In 2017, he was made a Senior Fellow of the International Strategic Studies Association and in 2021 he was promoted to Grand Collor of the Most Sacred Order of the Holy Trinity (Ethiopia).
He has written 25 books, largely on politics and bravery and is widely respected for his political polling.
Sarah Ashcroft has 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and economic development. She is Vice President and Senior Regional Director, Northeast Region for Rockefeller Group.
In this role, Ms. Ashcroft is responsible for overseeing the company's current development projects throughout New York City as well as future development projects in the Northeast region.
Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, she spent four years as Senior Development Manager for Jonathan Rose Companies, a New York City-based real estate investment, development and project management firm. Ms. Ashcroft has also been Vice President, Real Estate Development for the New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC), where she managed several large mixed-use development projects.
She has also worked for the Greater Jamaica (Queens, N.Y.) Development Corporation as Senior Project Manager and for the California Council for the Humanities as Program Officer. Ms. Ashcroft earned her Bachelor's Degree from Georgetown University and her Master's Degree from New York University.
