Angela is the office manager who brings 18 + years administrative, human resource, accounting and management experience. She assists in the development and business aspect of your landscape project. She manages and oversees the administration and practices within the office. Her friendly demeanor helps to make working with our company an enjoyable experience.
Cindy is the behind-the-scenes leader of the company. She studied at Lawrence Technological University and keeps our offices running smoothly and efficiently. Cindy has worked for the past 28 years with Jim to establish West Oaks Landscape & Design as one of the leading companies in SE Michigan.
Hans has worked for West Oaks Landscape for 8 years. He is a team leader who trains new employees and manages job sites. He has the landscape and mechanical experience to get our projects done in a timely manner with a positive attitude.

Jesus has been an employee of West Oaks Landscape for 20 years. His experience in site management and creative abilities have made him a valuable asset to our company. He manages multiple crews and is able to work with clients to make changes necessary to the project. Jesus is outgoing and efficient and we are glad to have him managing our staff.

Jim's expansive knowledge of design, specimen grade landscape materials and hardscape expertise have made his work well known in southeastern Michigan. His work has been seen in "Hour" magazine. Jim and his staff of landscape architects listen to their client's ideas in order to incorporate them into the unique designs that he creates for their home or business. He understands that each customer desires a particular look, whether it is formal or more natural and helps them to achieve that look to flow smoothly with their home and surroundings.
Ron is the newest addition to our team. He has a vast resume of management skills. Ron directly supervises our team members and ensures everything is running on schedule. He assists in analyzing potential problems and coming up with creative solutions. Ron also meets with the clients if they have questions or concerns. He is a great asset to our company.
Tom works to make sure that all projects are finished in a timely manner and is proficient in fixing any landscape or hardscape issues that might come up while the project is in progress. Tom also analyzes landscape jobs at quarterly intervals, to make sure that the products installed are working properly and that the nursery stock is in good health.
