Representing a 3 rd generation in the construction industry, Nathan York is the President of Nathan York Construction Inc. As such, he is responsible for maintaining and running a profitable business, overseeing all construction projects from start to finish and managing a team of construction professionals who provide all aspects of building improvements including estimating, contracts, scheduling, accounting and project management. Nathan is no stranger to the building industry, having over 30 years experience (6 years of hands on training in all trades and 24 years as a licensed building contractor). All of this has taught him the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. An advocate of honesty and moral principles, York Construction has long depended on word of mouth, the strength of its reputation and the quality of its work to drive business. Maintaining a conservative overhead he is able to pass these savings on to the client.
