Amanda Bayliss

Caroline Warner

Caroline is a passionate, pragmatic, experienced HR professional with proven experience in many generalist HR areas She has experience in building and managing a strong, commercially-focused HR team within 5 different European countries and coaching their leaders and management teams. An expert who has worked globally and regionally within matrix environments, Caroline is experienced in acquisitions and has been responsible for due diligence and people harmonisation. She has recently led an EMEA HR due diligence, for a divestment of a cross-channel marketing business and the subsequent set up of HR processes, payroll and benefits in five European countries. Caroline has driven and delivered many People Plans translating business strategy into the creation of people initiatives that help to deliver business priorities. She has created and delivered talent programmes, including a global emerging talent forum, a Finance specific leadership programme, and a global initiative to develop and promote females working within technology. Experienced in many ad-hoc projects, Caroline has been involved with: Strategic Workforce Planning; offshoring, re-organisations and restructures, global diversity action planning and redundancy programmes.

Pam Whitehead

From this experience and passion for what she does, Pam has been able to build her own business helping people resolve their difference on a daily basis. A highly experienced HR professional with a strong track record of success at board level, Director of PJW HR Consultancy, Pam Whitehead, boasts 30 years' worth of experience in consultancy. Pam is fully CIPD qualified, and her extensive experience in leading organisational change and optimising business performance in people-centred, service-driven cultures shows in her personal approach to business consulting. Pam's key areas of expertise include civil and commercial workplace mediation, leadership development and training, executive coaching, restructures and mergers, and business start-ups. A highly motivated self-driven individual, Pam has excellent relationship management and consultancy skills, as well as being commercially astute and results orientated. PJW HR Consultancy was established in 2011 offering interim management, leadership training and development, mentoring, executive coaching civil commercial and workplace mediation. An associate of the Prince's Trust, the agency also delivers an enterprise programme for young adults, providing insight into finance, business planning and structures, marketing, pricing and sales. Pam also offers a progression mentor service assisting young adults who are leaving school get back into education or employment, as well as business mentoring, which involves mentoring a young adult in the launch of their business and support for the first two years.

Richard Crowe

Richard draws from a depth of experience leading teams across the public, private, charity and faith based sectors, developing people and teams towards productive, high performing and profitable outcomes. As an accredited civil and commercial mediator and Fellow of the RICS, Richard delivers mediation and negotiation training with particular relevance to land, property, business and public service disputes. Based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Richard brings a unique insight into conflict resolution and has experience of providing training in Europe, Africa and the United States.

Sandra Conway

An experienced member of the team, Sandra has more than 25 years in HR under her belt. Sandra began working in HR more than 25 years ago. She worked her way up through the ranks from Personnel Assistant to recently being the Director of her own interim management firm. Working with numerous Fortune 500 companies across her career, Sandra has built a truly expansive and broad experience in the world of HR. She has been a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) for more than 25 years, as well as being a trained mediator and workshop facilitator for more than five years. As a passionate and hard worker, she has worked both in operational and strategic sides of HR, including mediation (both neighbourhood and commercial), HR plan implementation and company structure re-shuffles among many other skills. Her varied areas of expertise allow her to deal with numerous industries including manufacturing, professional services and distribution. No matter what a business requires regarding HR, Sandra has got the skills in order to deal with any business enquiry and carry out anything from HR and personnel planning to a mediation training workshop. She is able to objectively access situations quickly to support organisations in developing options and solutions to issues.

Sandra Munro

Sandra has a wealth of experience in learning and development having held a number of roles within customer service industries and the banking sector developing management and leadership capability. A talented relationship-builder who brings out the best in others. Sandra creates a learning environment which blends support and challenge, stays commercially-focused and is designed to enable individuals to enhance their skill set to succeed. She also facilitates learning for groups, senior teams and conducts one-to-one coaching. Sandra is a qualified counsellor, offering humanistic counselling on a range of issues including, but not exclusively, bereavement, stress and anxiety management, substance abuse and relationship concerns.
