Mark T. Babb, P.E., graduated from Montana State University with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1987. He has worked in many different areas of Electrical Engineering since, including defense ("Star Wars") laser testing, electrical system design, construction project management, construction design/build, and compliance inspections. Since 2001 he has been doing electrical forensic investigations, which primarily involves fires, electrocutions, electrical failures, lightning strikes, and similar investigations, including fire origin and cause. Married to Kathy since 1982 and with two grown and married children, he and his wife enjoy the outdoor life that Idaho offers, including horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and camping, especially with their grandchildren.
