Brad Bradshaw

Brad Bradshaw received his doctorate in Experimental Psychology from the University of Kentucky where his research included persuasion, juror decision making, pretrial publicity, and courtroom demeanor. Dr. Bradshaw has published multiple articles on various aspects of juror decision making, is a frequent lecturer who has presented at both national and international conferences, and has been awarded multiple grants and fellowships for his research involving the jury system. Dr. Bradshaw writes a monthly column in LCA Commentary, an on-line journal sponsored by the Litigation Counsel of America, and is an accredited CLE provider. Professionally, Dr. Bradshaw provides expertise in persuasion, decision making, and case strategy. The 2nd edition of his book, "The Science of Persuasion: A Litigator's Guide to Juror Decision Making," is available through the American Bar Association.
