Biography: Prior to joining Judd Burstein, P.C., Emily worked on complex commercial litigation matters at a boutique litigation firm and national law firm. She represented institutional and individual clients in a variety of complex commercial matters, including securities litigation, qui tam suits, consumer class actions, antitrust litigation, and breach of contract disputes. Emily also gained appellate experience in the Chief Staff Attorney ™s Office of the Supreme Court of Virginia.
Biography: Peter and Judd began working together in 1997, with Peter becoming a partner in 2004. Since that time, Peter has played a major role in many of the law firm's victories and been an instrumental part of a number of the firm's high profile litigations. While Peter has his own style of litigation, over the nearly 20 years that he and Judd have practiced together, they have developed a rapport that is highly unusual in the legal field. In addition to his own responsibilities as a litigator, Peter also actively supervises the associates at the firm.
