Catalyst for Claims is such a company, handling Workers Compensation, No Fault, Disability, and Personal Injury claims... My name is Jesse Keitel, R.N., B.S., C.C.M. and I am the new President and COO of Catalyst for Claims Inc. Along with Gail, we as independent nurse case managers, handle claims for the entire N.Y. Metro area (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island, Bronx), Westchester, and Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island as well. I have been a registered nurse since 2011 and have been a case manager since 2015, obtaining my CCM certification in 2017. I have a background in med surg, pediatrics, OBGYN, and have an extensive background in orthopedics, neurology, discharge planning, and in rehabilitative medicine...
