CHS was founded in 1994 by Donald L. Dudrow, Jr. as an architecture and consulting firm specializing in affordable housing development and renovation for both the public and private sectors. We offer a variety of services to our clients to support their affordable and public housing endeavors... Since 1994 CHS has provided services to numerous public housing agencies throughout the Country. In addition; state, county and city agencies have relied on CHS to provide technical expertise for their housing related needs.
