Coe and Company was founded in 1983 by Lyle Coe as American Light and Power Specialists. During the 1990's it was renamed Benchmark Cost Consulting and Management Services and later renamed in the early 2000's to simply Coe and Company. The company focus today is on supporting clients in construction defect cases and providing support on Construction Claims. Coe and Company provides an independent opinion on the facts of each case and maybe retained by either side of a case. There is no one common clientele served. Some cases we may be retained by a property owner, a General Contractor, a subcontractor, a developer, an insurance company, or a Major manufacturer. Whatever the case we will provide assistance in resolving and explaining issues and potential resolutions to those issues... With over 35 years of experience in construction from working with the tools, supervising design teams, administrating contracts and providing specialty inspection services and change order negotiation..
