Andy Poczik

Andy joined CSi in 1969 when the company was just two years old. During his 52 years of full-time service, Andy held almost every position at the company from warehouse manager to forklift operator, accountant, field superintendent, project manager, vice president, sales leader, and ultimately, executive vice president at the time of his retirement in 2020. As executive vice president emeritus, Andy consults on special projects including the renovation of downtown theaters and office buildings and medical and banking facilities. Andy brings a unique combination of talent and experience to the construction process and to CSi clients and employees. During his tenure, Andy supervised hundreds of hourly employees while managing the materials, tools and equipment to service more than 50 projects at a time. His natural curiosity and genuine interest in learning, combined with his deep knowledge of construction techniques, product systems and procedures, enabled him to provide exemplary service to his clients. Andy was the driving force behind CSi's development of a general trades renovation capability featuring self performance to service facility managers. He also led the development of a proprietary budgeting process, with years of input and thousands of projects, which allows CSi to respond with a highly accurate budget typically within a day, when necessary.

Antwan Williams

Job Titles:

As Operations Coordinator for Construction Systems Inc. (CSi), Antwan is responsible for all aspects of the warehouse including managing warehouse laborers and sub-contracted trades. He coordinates the delivery of materials, equipment and tools to jobsites, helping crews to maintain project schedules and timely project completion. Antwan also manages shipping and receiving at the dock, procures materials, and maintains warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance. Antwan joined CSi in late April 2023 with over 20 years of experience as an operations logistics professional. Antwan attended the Northwest Career Center and holds a Fire Science Degree.

Bill Lepera

Job Titles:

As Project Manager, Bill is responsible for estimating, scheduling and project management services for commercial construction projects. He handles projects from pre-construction and throughout the construction process, and ensures project expectations of time, cost and quality are consistently met. Bill's professional history includes over 40 years in the commercial construction industry. He joined CSi in 2006 and focuses primarily on the interior renovation of medical facilities and the general trades construction business. He holds an Associate degree in Construction Management from Columbus State Community College.

Carl Granzow

Metal framing, drywall, acoustic and general construction estimating; Door and Hardware Specialist Carl is a veteran employee of CSi and has 34 years of experience. Carl started at the ground level and today his responsibilities involve every aspect of project management from proposals to project completion and maintaining long term relationships. Carl's knowledge of products and material is vast, and his responsiveness, attention to detail and highly organized approach are valued greatly by both CSi employees and clients. Carl's strong client relationships and can-do attitude contributes to the team's ability to provide continuous high quality construction services year after year. Carl attended the School of Architecture at The Ohio State University. He is a graduate of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Rising Leaders Institute.

Carrie L. Dotson - CFO

As CFO, Carrie manages accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, risk management (insurance, bonding, credit, evaluation of partially self-funded insurance plan), and employee insurance and retirement programs. She also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the CSi corporation. In her supervisory role, Carrie oversees CSi's accounting department staff. She provides strategic financial guidance to senior management, develops financial statements and reports, and supports the project management team with job costing and reporting. She leads companywide efforts to streamline reporting, payroll and accounting processes, enhances internal communication, and maintains and strengthens internal controls and loss prevention. Carrie joined CSi in 2020 and brings 25 years of combined public and private accounting experience. Her career includes CFO, controller, auditor and accountant roles. Her experience encompasses large corporations and small businesses across diverse industries. Carrie is a Specialty Trade Committee Member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Builders' Exchange of Central Ohio. Carrie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), and earned a B.S. in Business Administration - Accounting from Concord College in Athens, WV, and is licensed in both WV and OH.

David Lake

Project development, budgeting/estimating, scheduling & management. Framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings & carpentry specialist As project manager with the CSi Facilities Group, David is responsible for project development, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and project management through completion. David has 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, including 25 years with commercial drywall and carpentry companies. David's knowledge of general trades and interior finishes along with his attention to detail are valued by the CSi team and our customers. David joined CSi in 2012 and focuses on the general trades construction and renovation of offices and commercial facilities. David earned an Associate degree in Construction Management from Columbus State Community College. He is a graduate of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Executive Leadership Experience and Executive Leadership 2.0. David is OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour certified.

Drew Thibaut

As Operations Manager for CSi, Drew is responsible for managing all daily field operations. He works directly with CSi's project managers to schedule field manpower and ensure the successful delivery of all projects. Drew joined CSi in 2008 as a project manager and estimator with the Specialties Group. He came to CSi with four years of construction management and inventory control experience. While with the Specialties Group, he developed an expertise in operable walls, restroom partitions and accessories, lockers, and window shades. Drew graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Criminology and is OSHA 30-Hour certified.

JD Flaherty - CEO

In 2014, JD was named the Builders Exchange (BX) of Central Ohio Cornerstone honoree and was also honored with the Pinnacle Award for Lifetime Achievement from the Associated General Contractors of Ohio (AGC). Flaherty is the first individual to receive both awards. The Industry & Professional Advisory Group of The Ohio State University FABE Dept. honored JD with the Outstanding Service Award in 2015.

Matt Greenwood - President

As President of CSi, Matt oversees operations, scheduling and management of CSi's manpower and equipment, and all facets of the business including accounting, banking and finance, insurance, bonding, safety, administration of CSi's benefit program, and employee recruitment, retention and training. In addition to his management responsibilities, Matt supports new business development activities and serves in leadership roles for industry associations. Matt joined CSi in 2000 as an assistant to the vice president. He quickly advanced to estimating and project management positions where he developed expertise with exterior wall systems and interior renovations. Matt's project experience includes a diverse portfolio of in-patient medical facilities, medical office buildings, commercial offices, collegiate sports facilities, warehouses, and corporate headquarters. As a volunteer, Matt dedicates time to leadership roles in Builders' Exchange of Central Ohio and Associated General Contractors of Central Ohio. Matt graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Anthropology. He is a graduate of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio/OSU Fisher College of Business Executive Leadership Experience and Rising Leaders Institute. He is a LEED Accredited Professional through the Green Building Certification Institute.

Michael Starkey

As Project Manager with CSi's Specialties Group, Michael is responsible for developing and preparing material takeoffs, pre-installation measurements, developing project budgets and material specifications, as well as project management. His attention to detail and accuracy helps ensure that clients' projects are completed on schedule and as specified. Michael joined CSi in 2017 as Logistics Assistant and helped support CSi's renovation and construction crews by scheduling deliveries and coordinating the movement of materials, equipment and tools. When Michael subsequently joined the Facilities project management team, his logistics experience provided a solid understanding of the intricacies of CSi's self-performance operations. He currently serves a Project Manager on CSi's Specialties team. He previously served as Safety Coordinator overseeing safety program and procedure updates and helping foster a safety-first company culture. Michael came to CSi with two years of construction management experience where he led two- to eight-person crews performing hotel renovation projects. He is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Specialized Studies in Project Engineering and Management, Minor in History, and Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Michael completed OSHA 30-hour Construction Training and the Builders Exchange WIN program in 2017. He is also a graduate of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Rising Leaders Institute.

Richard Carder

Rick joined CSi in January 2023 with 23 years' experience in construction project management and has quickly become a great addition to the Specialties Group. Rick graduated from Columbus State Community College with a Construction Management degree.

Sarah Gingrich

Sarah is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable including invoicing and collections for CSi and Atlas Door and Hardware. She also handles payroll processing for both companies. Sarah joined CSi in 2016 and has seven years of experience in the accounting field. Sarah's previous eight years of customer service experience and a great eye for detail help ensure accurate and timely payment to CSi's customers and employees. Sarah holds a Cosmetology License from the Ohio State School of Cosmetology.

Tim Faherty

As vice president of the Specialties Division, Tim oversees the bidding, estimating, project development, and installation of specialties projects. He joined the company in 1980 and worked as a driver and laborer while attending college. After 41 years, Tim has worked in almost every CSi division and is able to deliver extraordinary knowledge and expertise to CSi's clients and specialties projects. Having completed over 4,000 specialties installations, CSi has seen nearly every issue that may arise. Tim's attention to detail and the development of effective organizational systems have been instrumental in ensuring even the most complicated projects are completed efficiently and to the client's satisfaction. Over the years, Tim has expanded the product line at CSi and secured exclusive distributor relationships and installation capabilities with some of the finest specialties manufacturers. Tim earned a B.A. in Information Systems from The Ohio State University. He is a graduate of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Rising Leaders Institute.

Tobias "Toby" McGreevy

JD established an outside scholarship program through the AGC in 1998 that continues to annually award scholarships to college students in construction degree programs.

Zach Poczik

As estimator and project manager with CSi's Facilities Group, Zach is responsible for project development, budget pricing, and oversight through project completion. He works primarily in the renovation of medical, institutional, and commercial facilities. Zach joined CSi in 2005 while working toward a construction management and business administration degree. His roles included working in the office, warehouse, trucks, and hands-on jobsite experience. In January 2011, Zach moved into fulltime project management. His years of working in operations allow Zach to maintain methods and practices that have proved successful in ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Zach holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University, an Associate Degree in Construction Management from Columbus State Community College, and he studied Architecture at Kent State University. He is a graduate of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio Rising Leaders Institute.
