Bill is the IT member of the team, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the deductivehealth.com website. His experience in the computer industry spans the PC to the large IBM mainframes and from individual contributor to Master IT Architect.
His project experience includes software tools and system software, as well as technical and business applications.

The DHS System was invented and developed by Scott Elder. Scott was an outstanding collegiate football punter who sustained a lower back injury early in his career. He played through the injury, but the body continually added compensations and limitations in his body and his performance dwindled. He visited an orthopedic surgeon and was told he needed an operation on his back to cure a fractured vertebra. Scott endured the operation and months of rehabilitation and was fortunate to sign with an NFL team. Following his first training camp, he was released and told he needed another surgery for a torn patella tendon in his right knee.
Scott formed DHS because he realized that his body created compensation patterns that developed from his back injury and the lead to the secondary injury of the patella tendon in the right knee. Years of experience have proven to Scott that everyone absorbs and generates forces differently and it is a mistake to focus on an individual based on group data or group assumptions. He realized that our bodies communicate with us during our entire life; when we are ill, we develop a fever; if we have allergies we sneeze.
Identifying that the body is always in a state of communication led Scott to ask the question: If a fever means we are ill, what does muscle tightness and limited range of motion mean? Scott's intimate knowledge of muscular and skeletal structures in the body led him to create an advanced neural network database that consisted of every joint in the body, every range of motion associated with each joint, any and all musculature associated with each range of motion as well as the origin of each nerve associated with each muscle along the spine. Scott, with the technical expertise of Bill Barnett, transformed all this information using Artificial Intelligence, Deep-Learning algorithms, and multi-layered neural networks.
Steve has over 30 years experience in all phases of marketing, advertising and sales. He has been responsible for strategic marketing and sales efforts for IBM and BOEING COMPUTER SERVICES, including marketing efforts to state and national governmental agencies.
For a number of years, Steve managed the business and marketing efforts for small, growing private companies - representing private investors and/or structured equity funds. He helped manage a national log home manufacturer, an international Internet Service Provider, a specialized corporate and leisure travel agency and a technologically advanced video compression and internet streaming company.
