Bouwe spearheads all commercial direct lending activities of Dynamic Credit. He is responsible for developing and marketing new and innovative borrower propositions. He is also the co-founder and namesake of the unique, state of the art loan origination and distribution platform bijBouwe.

Jasper Koops is responsible for portfolio management. Together with his team, he focuses on building up and managing tailor-made portfolios in terms of risk/return and duration of Dutch owner-occupied / buy-to-let mortgage loans and SME loans.
In addition to asset management, he advised both buyers and sellers of mortgage loan portfolios on several of the largest portfolio transactions that occurred in the Dutch market post-crisis.
Jasper started his career at Dynamic Credit in 2013 and has played an instrumental role in establishing Dynamic Credit's direct lending activities and advisory activities. He holds a master's degree in Quantitative Finance and Actuarial Science from Tilburg University.
As HR & Talent Manager, Jessica takes care of the People Strategy. Jessica owns the important role of developing our people, anticipating growth and training needs and enabling the organization to reach maximum organizational health.

As Head of Legal and Company Secretary, Marleen is responsible for all legal and governance matters of Dynamic Credit.
Marleen has over 14 years of experience as a lawyer, focusing on corporate governance, finance, energy, intellectual property law and commercial contracting. Before joining Dynamic, Marleen was a senior lawyer at NautaDutilh and ABN AMRO Bank.
Marleen holds a master's degree in Corporate Law from the University of Groningen and concluded a post graduate course in Energy Law at VU Amsterdam.
Mathieu is responsible for delivering excellent service to prospective and current borrowers and for managing relationships and SLA's with partners/vendors involved in the process. Previously Mathieu worked at VIVAT as Manager Operational Excellence and a Management Consultant at IG&H. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from VU Amsterdam.
In his role as CFO, Mitchel provides strategic advice to the Dynamic Credit Group on all finance and tax matters. Mitchel is responsible for the financial planning, accounting, control and forecasting of all Dynamic Credit Group entities. Mitchel reports to the Management Board of Dynamic Credit Group.
Prior to joining Dynamic Credit in 2018, Mitchel was active in legal entity control at J.P. Morgan and held various audit positions at Deloitte. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting.

As Head of Risk & Compliance, Oene is responsible for risk management and compliance. With his team Oene ensures that all Dynamic Credit Group entities operate within regulatory requirements and agreed risk appetite. Oene also acts as Director of Dynamic Credit Funds ICAV, a collective asset-management vehicle registered in Ireland.
Oene brings 20 years of vast experience in the financial industry, with a focus on credit risk management, enterprise risk management, compliance, financial crime prevention, retail mortgages, debt servicing and asset management. Prior to joining the team here, Oene worked for asset manager Kempen Capital Management, Lloyds Banking Group and debt purchaser Arrow Global, among others.
Oene holds a master's degree in Business Economics from the University of Groningen, concluded the Registered Investment Analyst program at the VU University Amsterdam, and completed the Executive Master of Science in Risk Management program at Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University.
Tom is responsible for Business Development, having been seconded to Dynamic Credit since April 2022. He was previously a Portfolio Manager in the listed real estate team of BNP Paribas Asset Management. He joined the company in 2005 and during his career has held various positions including business management focused on institutional clients and investment specialist for listed real estate and high income equity strategies. Tom started his career as a Senior Economist for the CBI in the UK. He holds a degree in Economics & Politics from the University of Durham and is a CFA charter holder.
In 2003 Tonko founded Dynamic Credit in New York and is CEO of Dynamic Credit Group and a (statutory) director of the licensed companies in group.
Tonko started his career as fixed income analyst in 1998. In 2000 he joined ABN AMRO Asset Management as an alternative fixed income portfolio manager, managing $250 million in institutional mandates.
During the global financial crisis in 2008-2009 Tonko advised the Dutch Central Bank and the Ministry of Finance on the solution for the US mortgage issues ING Bank was facing on a $39 billion portfolio. This advice was subsequently examined by a Parliamentary Inquiry Commission and gave the taxpayer a positive return of 1.4 billion.
Tonko studied Monetary Economics at the University of Groningen and continued his studies of Credit Risk Modeling at Stanford Business School in 2000.
