Angelique started at ESI in February 2018. Before that, she worked at two real estate agencies and previously to that she assisted in her mother's business as well as worked for Bargain Books. Angelique loves to sing and enjoys reading as well as spending time with her family, friends and especially her dog, Bobby.
Ansa obtained her LLB Law degree from the University of Pretoria in 2012 whereafter she completed her articles in Pretoria and Cape Town. She was admitted as an Attorney in 2015 and as a Conveyancer in 2019.
With more than 9 years of experience in Real estate, Development, Estate Planning and Real Estate contracts and evictions Law, she joined ESI Attorneys in August 2022.
Ansa assists the Tyger Valley, Table View and Claremont branches with conveyancing related matters.
Brittany is a seasoned professional in the realm of conveyancing. Since immersing herself in this field in 2010, Brittany quickly recognised her affinity for property transfers. Renowned for her approachability, active listening skills, and knack for efficient goal accomplishment, Brittany is recognized as a reliable asset in her professional circles. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond her career, as evidenced by her active participation in Netball during her leisure time.
Brittany's life philosophy encapsulates her relentless pursuit of improvement: "You have to do your best until you can do better and be stronger than your excuses." This mantra underscores her dedication to personal and professional growth, driving her to continually exceed expectations and surmount challenges.
Candice started at ESI in August 2018 and has 7 years' experience in the conveyancing field. Candice enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs and watching movies and her charity of choice is homeless children.

Caryn has been with ESI Attorneys since October 2005 and is appointed as a Public Relations Officer with the firm.
She has been in the property industry for more than 35 years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, with 8 years' experience as a Conveyancing Secretary and 14 years as a FICA Compliance Officer.
Caryn is a people's person and she believes in always putting her clients first and that service and integrity is of utmost importance. She strives to accommodate everyone and ensures that matters are dealt with in a professional manner.
Celeste joined ESI's transfer department in February 2020. She loves the outdoors and spending her weekends with her husband, son and their three dogs.
Charlene started at ESI in December 2005 and works in the bonds registration department. Charlene enjoys reading and sleeping in her leisure time and describes herself as "not the girl next door".
Charmaine started at ESI in November 2015, first as an assistant to the bonds secretaries and now as a conveyancing secretary since February 2018. Charmaine has a background in engineering, but managed to pass her paralegal diploma course with full distinction. Charmaine enjoys playing the clarinet and is a Sunday school co-ordinator and confirmation teacher on the weekends. She also loves to swim and take long walks on the beach.
Corinne has 20 years of experience in conveyancing and for the past few years has mainly focussed on bond registrations. Her husband and kids are her pride and joy and she loves spending time with them.
Cornel joined ESI Attorneys in October 2022 with 20 years of experience as a conveyancing secretary. She loves the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. Her passion is golf and her motto in life is "don't count the days, make the days count". Cornel always seeks and appreciates the little things as to her they mean the most.
Crystal started her employment at ESI Attorneys on 17 August 2020. She comes with 11 years of conveyancing experience, which has been focussed on Nedbank bond registrations. Crystal loves spending time with her daughter and family.
Dayvedine joined ESI Attorneys in April 2021 as an assistant to the attorney and PRO at the ESI George branch. Before working at ESI , Dayvedine did an internship at George Municipality and worked as a receptionist at Peugeot Citroen George before that. Elrine joined ESI Attorneys in 1 October 2021 with 20 years of conveyancing experience. Her motto is "there is no such thing as a problem - only an opportunity" and prides herself on consistency, strong will and the tenacity to overcome any obstacle life presents. Elrine likes to encourage others to fulfil their dreams and passions. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones and competing in her favourite bodybuilding sport.
Elvira has always been interested by the role property plays in our economy. Over the past 20 years, she has gained experience with property in the residential market, working with property developers, property investment firms and estate agencies. Previous to joining ESI's finance department, she performed the full administrative and financial function of a large residential portfolio. Elvira's hobbies include reading and exercising and her two boys are her daily inspiration.
Ilze joined the development department at ESI attorneys in April 2021. She completed her BA LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2010 and has established her career in commercial contracts and property development. Ilze believes in building meaningful client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
Jacques is an attorney who has combined his legal expertise with his vast practical experience. He joined ESI in 1996 and holds more than two decades of experience in the property sector. Jacques specialises in conveyancing and property related matters.

He completed his B Proc at the University of Free State and H Dip Tax with the University of Cape Town.
He is ideally positioned to implement and provide practical, management-orientated advice in addition to negotiating the interface between the public and private sectors, structuring property transactions and facilitating developments.
He acts for various corporate clients, financial institutions, municipalities and parastatals, and has extensive experience in the development sector of conveyancing.
Jani started at ESI Attorneys in January 2023 with 20 years of experience as a conveyancing paralegal. She previously worked for ESI from 2007 to 2011 and has rejoined our transfer department. Jani loves the outdoors and running is one of her passions.
Jeantelle joined ESI Attorneys in November 2020 with 17 years' experience in the bond department. She was previously a dancing teacher. She believes a home is where love resides, memories are created, friends always belong, and laughter never ends. She has a passion for nature, animals and photography and loves spending time with her family.
Jerome started at ESI in March 2019 as driver and administrative assistant. Jerome enjoys watching sport in his free time, especially rugby and soccer.
Kayleen joined ESI on 11 July 2022 as an estates transfer secretary with 6 years of experience in the deceased estates field. She enjoys singing and loves spending time with her family.
Kayleen holds a BCom Law degree and PPRE designation. She completed her NQF4 qualification in Real Estate and is currently finishing off her NQF5 qualification in Real Estate. Kayleen previously worked in the legal fraternity and worked her way up from intern agent to office manager between 2016 and 2021 at a real estate company.
One of her loves is to inspire and motivate people which led her to being a youth leader and an adolescent patient mentor at one of Cape Town's leading hospitals. Her hobbies include listening to and playing music, playing her oboe, singing in the church choir and taking beach walks. She is excited to be part of ESI Academy's team to support agents in growing and nurturing their careers.
Kayleen started at ESI in December 2017 and has been in the bookkeeping department since June 2018. She has always worked in the property industry, previously with real estate agencies and now in our conveyancing firm. Kayleen loves spending time with family and friends and doing word search puzzles, sudoku and number games.
Lani is very passionate about her role as an Estate Administrator. She has just under 10 years of experience in her field and loves to learn something new every day. Lani loves spending time in nature, whether it is in the bushveld or at the beach. She spends as much time with her loved ones as she can since Covid, as tomorrow is not promised and loved ones can be taken in the blink of an eye.
Lara started at ESI in April 2013 and has 13 years' experience as a bond secretary. Lara loves painting, especially portraits of older people. These days however, she only really has time for finger-painting with her daughter.
Lorraine started at ESI in August 2015 in the bonds department. She has more than 30 years' experience in conveyancing. Lorraine enjoys time away with friends and family.
Lucas obtained his LLB degree at the North West University (Potchefstroom Campus) in 2007, whereafter he completed his first year's article with a well-known conveyancing firm based in the West Rand. In 2009, he obtained further exposure in his final year of articles with a boutique firm focusing on Civil law, Family Law, Conveyancing and 3rd party Road Accident Fund Claims. In 2010, Lucas was admitted as an Attorney and in 2017 he was duly admitted respectively as a Notary and Conveyancer.
During 2014 he joined a Conveyancing firm based in Randburg, specializing in Property Law with specific focus on Property Development and Registrations of Sectional Title Developments.
In 2017 Lucas joined forces with Armand Senekal and founded Senekal Steyn Incorporated where he spearheaded the conveyancing department until the beginning of 2021 when he relocated and joined ESI.
Lucas is entrepreneurial minded with a passion for the property sphere. In addition, he also has experience in product development, imports and town planning. Lucas' philosophy is to add value to his clients in an innovative and creative way. Lucas loves spending time outdoors and is especially fond of hiking and sailing.
Mari-Jani completed her LLB at Stellenbosch University in 2013 and was admitted as an attorney and conveyancer in February 2016 and as a Notary Public in June 2018. She joined the ESI team in January 2020. Her motto is: where there is a will there is a way.

Marlene started at her working career with ESI in August 2002 as a deliveries secretary and now manages the bookkeeping department. She really enjoys her work and spending time with her family and friends.

Mary-Ann has been with ESI Attorneys since January 2009 as a Public Relations Officer and Bank Liaison and has a solid grasp of the housing industry.
She hails from the banking sector, where she held the position of Bank Attorney Liaison. Prior to that, Mary-Ann was an Affordable Housing Specialist for the Western Cape.
Mary-Ann is passionate about her position at the firm and proud to be associated with a dynamic and fast growing team.
Matthew obtained his LLB degree from the North West University in 2017, whereafter he commenced his articles with STBB in Bedfordview and completed same in 2019. After his admission as an Attorney, Matthew remained with STBB and practised conveyancing. In 2021, Matthew joined Kruger Attorneys & Conveyancers Inc where he specialised in Property Law.
Matthew joined ESI Attorneys in May 2023 and is based at our George office, where he will be providing support to the ESI business partners and clients while being actively involved in the transfer processes of matters relating to the George office. In addition, Matthew will also focus on training and legal updates throughout the Garden Route.
Outside the work environment, Matthew spends his time with loved ones and enjoys hiking and playing a round of golf.
Melissa started at ESI in July 2012 and is part of our transfer team. Melissa enjoys the outdoors and looks forward to camping and socialising in her free time.
Melody joined ESI Attorneys on 1st February 2021 with 5 years of conveyancing experience. Her main focus is the transfer division, however she has experience with Standard Bank and ABSA Bank bond cancellations. She is very passionate about transfers and she will always try her utmost best to ensure that the transition process is as smooth as possible. Melody believes strongly that the sky is the limit! No matter the age, you can always reach your goals in life. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves to braai and swim.
Michelle has approximately 23 years' experience in the conveyancing industry, having worked at a number of the largest corporate law firms in the country. She takes pride in her work and loves the fact that one never stops learning in this intricate and very challenging field of conveyancing. Michelle grew up, went to school and still lives in the beautiful town of Paarl in the Cape Winelands with her husband and daughter. She loves spending quality time with her family, watching movies, going to the theatre and enjoying the outdoors.
Mirisna started at ESI in November 2017 as a junior secretary and became a conveyancing secretary in August 2018. She has 4 years of experience in the conveyancing field. Mirisna loves spending time with her family and friends as well as taking on new adventures.
Monique started at ESI in February 2008 as a receptionist. After a few years, she moved into the transfers department, first as an assistant and thereafter as a conveyancing secretary. Monique enjoys photography and painting as well as being by the ocean.

Upon completing his LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch Willem joined Heyns & Partners Inc. as a candidate attorney in 2021. After being admitted as an attorney in 2023, Willem remained with Heyns & Partners Inc. where he managed their estates department. Willem joined ESI Attorneys in 2024 and heads up the estates department.
Zayaan Samuels is the Managing Director at ESI and has more than 10 years' practical legal experience in the property sector. She completed her LLB at the University of the Western Cape in 2002 and joined ESI in 2004, adding the title of director to her name in 2005. She practices a broad spectrum of
