Dean Serpa, Founder of Full Impact Productions, has nearly two decades of experience designing and managing large-scale special events in the New England area. His work includes some of the region's most widely-watched public events, including the production of inaugural galas, fundraisers, press conferences and public addresses for U.S. Presidents and each of Massachusetts' past four Governors. The breadth of his experience ranges from these political productions to business conventions and regional conferences to rock concerts and celebrity fundraisers. Dean was recently named among the Boston Business Journal's "40 Under 40" brightest business and civic leaders in the region. Full Impact Productions Co-Founder Melissa Lucas is recognized as one of the most successful fundraising event planners in Massachusetts. She has coordinated major events with charitable, corporate, and political leaders and has a solid reputation for increasing major donor campaigns. Melissa's fundraising efforts have helped elect two Massachusetts governors and have contributed to the charitable efforts of many philanthropic organizations. In 2001, Melissa was honored by the Massachusetts Women's Political Caucus for her success in the industry.
