When the City of Kilgore decided to acquire land and develop the master-planned Synergy Business Park, a 672 acre industrial and business park, Gault Company ultimately won the bid in a competitive field of experienced developers to develop the first speculative building in the park. A unique public/private partnership was created to develop the project. It was completed on schedule and within budget, and was 100% leased within 3 months of completion. The project ultimately fulfilled all profit, job creation and industry diversification goals set forth, and to build upon that success, the decision was made to proceed with the development of Phase II.
