Brian Rauch - Chief Legal Officer

Brian joined Harvard as our Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel in 2014 after a careers in private practice at Proskauer Rose and Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney representing clients in a variety of industries, including real estate, building services, and construction. Brian is Harvard's chief counsel for all legal matters including employment issues, service and vendor agreements, corporate transactions, and union relations. Brian is a graduate of Cornell University's' School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) and graduated Cum Laude from University of Michigan Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Chadwick Burns

Chad serves as Vice President, Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) with responsibility for both our EHS Team and our Sustainability group. He joined Harvard Maintenance in 2018 and has been instrumental in developing our pandemic response, and championing safety as one of Harvard's core values. Chad is an experienced EHS professional and holds the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. He has over 20 years of experience in health and safety gained from roles of increasing responsibility at The Walt Disney Company and Tyson Foods. He is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) and the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He holds a B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Dave Domlija

Dave joined Harvard in 2006 through the acquisition of Elite Maintenance, Inc., which he owned and led since 1992. He is responsible for all operations and client satisfaction in Harvard's Southeast, Midwest, South Central, and West Coast regions. He is a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). Dave studied at both William Rainery Harper College in Palatine, IL as well as Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL.

Jeff Enck

Job Titles:

Jeff serves as Executive Vice President, Eastern Region with responsibility for operations on the East Coast. He joined Harvard Maintenance in 2021. He is a member of CoreNet Global, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He holds a B.S in Management and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy where he was commissioned as an Officer in the US Army.

John Rowley

John serves as Executive Vice President, Central Region with responsibility for building operations across multiple states in the Midwest and West. He joined Harvard Maintenance in 2008 and has driven our geographic expansion and entry into new client verticals. John is an experienced operations lead with over 25 years of experience in the building maintenance industry. Prior to joining Harvard, John held roles of increasing responsibility with ABM Janitorial and ISS International. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI). He holds a B.S. in Health Services Administration from Indiana University.

Lourdes Pineda - CFO

Lourdes is the Chief Financial Officer, Harvard Maintenance with responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial related activities of the organization. She leads the Financial Planning and Analysis, Controlling, and Strategic Finance functions. Lourdes is an experienced financial executive with more than 20 years in the cruise, hospitality, and real-estate industries. Prior to joining Harvard, she held CFO and financial leadership roles at Crystal Cruises, FirstService Residential, and Carnival Corporation & PLC. Lourdes is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of FL, with a Master and Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.

Nathalie Doobin

Nathalie has spent her careers building brands and launching products globally. She rose through the ranks with Fortune 500 companies such as Schering-Plough, Merck, and Pfizer, becoming a Global Director. Nathalie joined the family business in 2012 and serves as President & CEO of Harvard Services Group which is a WBENC certified company. Nathalie holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, and an Executive MBA from University of Quebec in Montreal. Passionate about giving back, Nathalie is on the Board of Directors for New Destiney Housing, is a Luminary Circle Member for Step Up Women's Network and contributes to Drew University, Children's Home Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and MS Society.

Pat Mullin - COO

Pat holds the role of Chief Operations Officer, Harvard Maintenance with responsibility for building operations across all of Harvard regions. He has been with Harvard for over 25 years and has proven himself an adept operator with a keen understanding of client needs. Prior to joining Harvard, Pat held management positions with National Cleaning Contractors, ISS, and Initial Cleaning Contractors. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and holds a B.A. from St. John's University.

Raymond Hall

A highly decorated military veteran, Raymond spent the first several years of his career on active duty with the US Army Special Operations Command. With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and in developing global policy and talent strategies, in July 2000 Raymond transitioned into the civilian sector wherehe reached the executive leadership level in companies such as Cargill, International Paper Company, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and most recently Boeing. Raymond has also a strong international outlook, having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America and is an MBA graduate of the Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School where he is also a Board Director. He currently serves as a director on the US Congressional Awards Board, the only charity of the United States Congress.

Stanley K. Doobin - CEO

Stan is current owner and Chief Executive Officer of Harvard Maintenance. He joined Harvard Maintenance in 1984 and was later named President in 1995, succeeding his father. He has grown our small private firm to an industry leader. Stan's employee first approach, called the Inverted Pyramid®, is the foundation of Harvard's philosophy of supporting all employees to ensure a great working environment. Stan, a CPA, holds a Bachelor of Science from Washington & Lee University, as well as an MBA from Emory University. Stan was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2004. He is the President of World Federation of Building Service Contractors (WFBSC), and past President of Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).

W. Carl Drew - President

Carl serves as President, Harvard Maintenance with oversight for Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Environmental Health and Safety. He joined Harvard in 2014 in conjunction with opening the new headquarters in Miami and took on the additional role of COO in 2017. He has broad experience in building world class accounting and finance teams, developing the strategic planning and analysis functions, integrating cross-discipline process improvements, and leading and managing strategic mergers and acquisitions. Carl also has extensive experience in working with capital markets as CFO for CompuPay, Inc., Interval International, Pollo Tropical, GL Homes, Theater Acquisitions Group, and others. His career began as a CPA at Ernst and Young in the computer audit field after graduating from University of South Florida with Majors in Finance and Accounting and a minor in economics.

William M. Velez - CIO

As a member of the Harvard Leadership Team (HLT), William's core accountability is to ensure that IT adds the maximum value to our organization to facilitate the ongoing success of the business. We believe that, with his professional and academic background, William will contribute to Harvard's strategy and all facets of the business. Prior to joining Harvard, William was CIO at Intermex Wire Transfer, LLC where he was responsible for technology strategy, including digital transformation, business innovation and data security. As a partner to sales, William established systems and tools such as CRM and BI systems. William's previous experience includes being the CIO at Abarca Health LLC in Puerto Rico and holding various consulting positions with Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and Accenture. William has an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in International Studies at University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. William currently serves as President of the CIO Council of South Florida.
