The Managing Director brings a unique mix of skills and expertise to this position. In his early years he worked as a business practitioner and later transitioned into the technology space. After working for fifteen (15) years as a telecommunications engineer, he as solidified his place in history by gaining over a decade of managerial experience; negotiating, planning, coordinating, and implementing numerous successfull telecom projects.
Brings to the position over twenty (20) years experience in, customer service and product delivery training. She has conducted training for the staff of most corporate entities in Jamaica to include, Superclubs, and Sandals.
As director, she ensures that IVADS staff are highly trained to deliver the best customer service experience.
