Les L. Lane

Les Lane focuses his practice in the areas of business reorganization, insolvency and commercial litigation. He has represented a variety of interests in complex chapter 11 proceedings, including, representation of debtors, trustees, creditors and committees. Mr. Lane is a member of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Connecticut Bar Association and a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lane served as intern to the Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Connecticut. Mr. lane also served as an intern in the Affirmative Civil Enforcement program at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Connecticut. Mr. Lane is admitted to practice in Connecticut. Mr. lane is a 1992 graduate of Drury University (B.S.) and a 1998 cum laude graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D.), where he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review. Mark R. Jacobs

Mark Jacobs is also a founding member of Jacobs Partners LLC. Mr. Jacobs regularly advises clients, litigation attorneys, and accountants, on strategies to be employed in protecting interests affected by bankruptcy law. His clients include financial institutions, lessors and creditor committees, as well as debtors, distressed situation investment funds and turn-around managers. Representative of his varied interests, Mr. Jacobs is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is a Trustee of the Association of Bankruptcy Professionals. He is also a member of the International Bar Association and the Business Bankruptcy Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. Mr. Jacobs was formerly a partner in the New York City firms of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft and Pryor Cashman Sherman & Flynn. Mr. Jacobs is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. Robert M. Fleischer

Robert Fleischer has represented varied interests in a wide variety of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. He is actively involved in the firm's representation of the bankruptcy trustee for Allied Technology Group, Inc., a processor of nuclear/hazardous waste materials. Mr. Fleischer has been with the firm since it was founded.. Prior to that, he was associated with the Wilton, Connecticut law firm Gregory and Adams, P.C. where he was a member of the firm's business litigation and bankruptcy practice groups. He also served as general counsel for Applied Information for Marketing, Inc., an international marketing software and consulting firm (now a wholly owned subsidiary of Aegis Group PLC - U.K.). Mr. Fleischer is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. He is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Fleischer graduated from Northeastern University (Boston, MA) in 1985 and from Pace University School of Law (White Plains, NY) in 1992.
