Since the companies inception Michael has learned every aspect of what it takes to run a successful business. 10 years was spent working in the field building KMR, teaching him the hands on approach, deciphering blueprints and turning what is on paper into a finished product. Becoming a project manager taught him how to orchestrate the many personalities at every level to maintain quality, performance and relationships. As owner of KMR the responsibilities exist at every level from estimating, contract negotiations, overall company management, strategy and staying ahead of the competition.
When not at work Michael enjoys spending time with his family and friends in and around Ocean City, NJ and South Florida. Travel sports with his daughters, offshore fishing, golf and surfing are what he finds most enjoyable.
