A dedication to building that is tightly woven with all that builds community is reflected in all of Anthony's endeavors. This includes recent personal projects, like travels in Sierra Leone, where he contributed his time and resources to building medical clinics and schools, and digging clean water wells. Above all, this concern for community shapes his leadership-and the accountable team ethic that Consigli brings to every project.

Matthew Consigli joined the company alongside his brother Anthony and father Henry. The Consigli Foundation was also established.
Matthew Consigli started out in the family business as kids organizing tools and equipment and later as teenagers digging graves and trenches. In 1997, after gaining experience in nearly every position in the company from laborer to project executive, the brothers took the helm as fourth-generation owners of the century-old business. They shared a joint vision and understanding of what was most important to grow a successful company-their people.
Together, they've cultivated a culture that feels more like a family-one that encourages teamwork, camaraderie and good corporate citizenship-with a strong focus on client relationships and the impact Consigli's work has on its communities. Always accessible to their people and clients, Anthony and Matthew are committed to carrying on their family's legacy as genuine builders.

For President Matthew Consigli, guiding Consigli's operations is personal, and his approach is responsive and hands-on. Matthew has been responsible for shaping management processes that have scaled the company for growth and geographic expansion, beginning with the opening of Consigli's Maine office, followed by those in Connecticut, New York and Washington, DC.
Matthew, together with his brother Anthony, company CEO, has established Consigli as an industry leader in construction site safety, management best practices, workforce development and wellness programming that have led the company to be recognized as a top place to work for over a decade. A deep commitment to the people who are a part of the Consigli family is clear in all Matthew does, from the focus he brings to recruiting, developing and growing our teams to celebrating staff contributions.
Matthew's dedication to giving back and caring for community is seen in his own personal projects, including volunteer work rebuilding earthquake-damaged Haiti. More locally, he leads the company's charitable side, the Consigli Foundation, focused on improving the health, education and well-being of disadvantaged children in our communities.
