Joseph Park, PE, CEM, is our residential engineer with over 12 years of experience in single family and custom homes. His certifications include Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Green Building Engineer, and QA for HERS Raters. Our clients include a number of National and Regional Builders like Ashton Woods, Maracay, Meritage, Dr Horton, Pulte, Lennar, Shea, and Richmond American as well as a multitude of custom homes over 15,000 sf.
Michael Brame, is our east coast regional director and has over 32 years of experience in Mechanical design for both commercial and residential. Michael is also an EIT, a certified plumbing designer, and is a governor for the Pennsylvania chapter of ASHRAE. Michael has enjoyed working on code development and the establishment of utility rebate programs in several states.
Michael Ormandy, is our southwest regional director and has over 23 of years of experience in Mechanical design, as well as 12 years spent working in and managing in the HVAC field, working for two of Arizona's most successful contractors. Michael has received BPI building performance analyst certification, and enjoys staying up on the latest in building science .
Montez Love, PE, Leed AP is the principal of the firm with over 22 and years of Mechanical and Plumbing design experience including 13 years at Southwest Gas Corporation as a Gas Utilization Engineer. With experience from a small room addition of a home to large projects with the Las Vegas Convention Center and Visitors Authority or adding a toilet in a warehouse to adding a 4,000 ton cooling tower in a chiller plant, he has covered a wide variety of projects.
Vincent Lau PE Graduate of Univ of Hawaii with a BS in Electrical Engineering/Mathematics. MBA from Hawaii Pacific Univ and has over 32 years of experience of Electrical design, employee supervision, and construction management.
