Cheryl Fizpatrick, Esq. is Of Counsel for McNamara Legal and brings over 31 years of diverse legal experience ranging from breach of contract and fraud cases to representing Introducing Brokers, Commodity Trading Advisors (CTA's), FCM's, stock and commodity brokers and traders (on and off the floor) with various regulatory and compliance issues in federal and state court, as well as before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA-DR) and the National Futures Association. She has also worked with McNamara Legal on cases representing investors in civil lawsuits against their brokers for churning, excessive trades, and unsuitable investments, as well as chancery cases involving slander of title and seeking to quiet title to properties. Cheryl also serves on the Business Conduct Committee at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
