Jeffrey Chang, Certified Public Accountant, has 25 years of experience in public accounting as well as tax preparation and IRS representation. His prior accounting experience includes a broad range of industries such as service, retail, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, medical, and shipping amongst others. As an entrepreneur himself, Jeffrey brings a shared understanding of business owners' concerns, especially when dealing with the IRS. Also, to further assist small business owners' organizational challenges, he serves as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor as well as aids with financial advising. In addition to working as a CPA, he has worked for years with Attorney Collins handling complex matters dealing with the IRS. He is also Principal for JCMP& Associates. Jeffrey received a Bachelor's in Accounting and Master's in Economics, both from Western Illinois University. His organizations include the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA), Illinois CPA Society, and National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).

Michael A. Peters - Managing Director

Michael A. Peters, the Managing Director at JCMP & Associates PC, concentrates on helping small business owners make money while remembering why they went into business to begin with. He encourages businesses and individuals to focus on its strengths and outsource non-high payoff activities. Mike demands high standards of himself and others, which is reflected throughout the company. As a result, most of his clients are obtained through referral. Mike has over 25 years of corporate accounting and managerial experience, including employment with H&R Block and White Hen Pantry Corporation. Outside of the office, he enjoys volunteering at the Hesed House, attending Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, and is very involved in the Naperville Chamber of Commerce where he is a member and chairman of the Business Development Team. Mike currently lives in Aurora, IL, and loves spending time with his twin children, Andrew and Ashley.
