Joe Noonan has a particular focus on planning and environmental law. He has extensive experience in advising and representing clients before An Bord Pleanála, the Environmental Protection Agency, and in the Courts. His Court practice includes taking actions for compensation for environmental harm as well as challenging decisions of public bodies by way of judicial review. He has a particular interest in EU law. He was a founding member of the Irish Environmental Law Association.

Tara O'Connor is an experienced general practitioner who handles property work in urban and rural areas. Tara works with Claire Coleman in our Property Department and deals in particular with residential property for first-time buyers, owner-occupiers and investors. She represents buyers and sellers of houses, apartments and sites, advises on building agreements and deals with mortgages and re-mortgages. She also deals with the transfer of property between family members such as transfers between parents and children.
