Daniella Levitt grew up in South Africa. Her passion is empowering transformational change. When she was twenty-six, Daniella moved to the United States. After eleven years with Deloitte Consulting she decided to leave in the year she was up for Partner, and joined Aon Consulting as a Senior Vice President. After Aon, Daniella founded two successful companies. Ovation Global Strategies assists corporations with project management for complex regulatory, technology and operational transformational change initiatives; risk strategies and cross-generational strategies for organizational growth, leadership and talent development; and organizational change. Daniella Levitt Enterprises focuses on development and advancement of women in the workplace - leveraging strategies around risk taking and cross-generational collaboration. Daniella has deep expertise in project management for regulatory and compliance, technology and operational initiatives; cross-generational leadership and talent development; risk strategies for leadership development and organizational growth; organizational and culture change; and diversity and inclusion. She has led multiple large scale complex organization transformation initiatives. She has extensive experience in financial services and healthcare, and additional experience across multiple other industries. Daniella thrives in growth and change-oriented environments. She is a transformational leader known for her ability to balance strategy and vision with the need to operationalize and execute. She is highly experienced in working as part of a leadership team to formulate strategies, and is known for her ability to establish the roadmap for change and drive change to reach the desired future state. She is a resourceful and creative thinker who crafts elegant solutions to complex problems and rapidly mobilizes, organizes, motivates and navigates teams through execution across all component workstreams - strategy, process, technology and people. Daniella is a subject matter expert on using risk taking as a strategy to drive transformational change with individuals and leadership teams in organizations. Combining her many years of leading large scale transformational change initiatives with organizations, with her insight and expertise on risk taking as a strategic advancement strategy, she brings unique frameworks, perspectives, and the ability to inspire people to turn risk into opportunity for themselves and others, empowering leaders in organizations and individuals to maximize their talent and their potential. Daniella is the founder of the gen-xyb™ program, a corporate program focused on cross-generational collaboration, development and advancement of women in the workplace. This highly successful year-long program brings together women in cross-generational pairs from different companies to gain valuable perspectives and insight into generations other than their own; and provides a platform to use that insight with great effect to collaborate together on their professional development and career advancement. Daniella is a Board member of Access Community Health Network, and a Board member of the Chicago Sinfonietta. She is a prior Anti-Defamation League Midwest Regional Board Member. Daniella and her husband Steve live in Chicago's northwest suburbs. When Daniella isn't working with clients, she can be found teaching group cycle classes, encouraging the members to leave nothing on the table, and to challenge themselves - every song, every second, every time - to go somewhere they haven't been before. For both organizations and individuals, Daniella is clearly all about transformational change.
