"Sandy" Peabody, SC PLS #20194. Sandy Peabody has been a licensed professional land surveyor in the state of South Carolina since 2000 and has worked in and around the land surveying profession since 1994. Prior to 2006, Sandy surveyed with Herbert A. "Bert" Niemyer under Niemyer & Peabody, LLC. When Bert Niemyer retired after 37 years in the profession, Sandy created Peabody & Associates, Inc. Prior to 2000, Sandy was a Civil Engineer for the Engineering Department of Beaufort County, South Carolina.
