Ira Feldman

Ira Feldman brings a 25-year career as an attorney and management consultant to Personal Advocate. Ira practiced law in the private sector at major New York and Washington, DC law firms and he served as Special Counsel for Compliance and Enforcement at US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) headquarters. Subsequently, he founded and led his own multidisciplinary practice -- a hybrid legal and consulting group -- for 14 years. His experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur informs his work for Personal Advocate on behalf of small business owners, consumers and others dealing with the business and personal challenges of a post-recession economy. Over the years, Ira has advised numerous individuals on a wide range of issues -- contractual agreements, intellectual property, dispute resolution, interpretation of regulations and more -- often providing the initial insight and "first step" direction to those who, left on their own or unable to seek legal counsel, might otherwise feel overwhelmed, uninformed, or fearful of the consequences of a misstep. Ira's helps individuals to stand up for themselves by understanding and their rights and responsibilities. She is also the producer and star of "The Coach Lynn Show," which is nationally syndicated on Radio America. Coach Lynn's motivational show, heard by millions in the US and around the world, promotes the lifestyle of health and sustainability. Coach Lynn has counseled Government officials and organizations, Fortune 500 corporations, CEOs, celebrities and professional athletes. Her specialty is working with CEO's of corporations to help them in areas of diversity and productivity; she designs training modules and consults in teams and staffing according to personality assessments. With small business owners -- and a special interest in assisting "Mompreneurs" -- she advises entrepreneurs and acts as their "virtual COO" and handles the full range of set-up matters.
