Asmat Batool has been in the business of people transformation for more than a decade. Her contribution in enriching people's experiences is supported in trainings with recent examples and practical takeaways.
Asmat holds Master's degree in Economics from University of Karachi, following which she went on to pursue her MBA in Human Resource Management, from the esteemed Institute of Business Administration (IBA). Asmat's deep perspective, yet impressive simplicity leaves an everlasting impact on the participants.

Dr. Gohar Ejaz is a notable figure in the dynamic second generation of business and industry leadership. Being the accomplished son of the late Senator Sheikh Ejaz Ahmed, he is a name synonymous with unparalleled business wisdom. With a distinguished record, Dr. Gohar stands as a seasoned entrepreneur, dedicated philanthropist, and prominent stalwart in Pakistan's industrial landscape, specifically within the emerging textile sector.
His extraordinary contributions were acknowledged when he was awarded the Sitara-e-Imtiaz civilian honor for his incomparable commitment to the nation by the former President of Pakistan in 2011. In addition, Dr. Gohar's remarkable achievements in business management garnered recognition, receiving him an honorary doctorate in management from the University of Punjab in Lahore.

An officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), Mr. Rashid Mahmood Langrial is a public policy practitioner and a career civil servant with 28 years of experience in important administrative and policy-making positions. He joined the civil service of Pakistan in 1995 and has varied experience in different sectors. He has earlier served as Secretary Power Division, Chief Secretary of Gilgit Baltistan, Commissioner of Lahore Division, Secretary of Agriculture in Punjab, Chief Executive Officer of National Power Parks Management Company (NPPMCL) (Pvt.), Chairperson, of Lahore Ring Road Authority as well as Secretary Tourism, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In the initial years of his service, he served as Assistant Commissioner in various subdivisions of Sindh Province and later in Punjab as Deputy Secretary (Cabinet) and Deputy Secretary (Staff) in S&GAD.
