Proactive Pilates was established in 2010 and is owned and operated by Teresa Holmes an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Pilates instructor... We also offer physio, OT and exercise physiology services from the studio and private connecting treatment room. Physio group classes and Post Natal classes are run by our physiotherapists... Proactive Pilates located along the vibrant beach front in Scarborough offers a range of services including group Reformer Pilates, Private Pilates and Exercise Physiology services supervised by highly experienced ESSA qualified Exercise Physiologists. In addition we have recently added Physiotherapy services.
