Proactive Pilates located along the vibrant beach front in Scarborough offers a range of services including group Reformer Pilates, Studio PIlates, private and group pilates. In addition we offer Clinical Pilates and Exercise Physiology services supervised by highly experienced ESSA qualified Exercise Physiologists. We have recently added Massage Services... We also offer exercise physiology and physio services from the studio and private connecting treatment room. Physio group classes and Post Natal classes are run by our physiotherapist.
