THE PREVOST LAW FIRM - Key Persons

Kathleen Prevost, J.D. -- Kathleen moved to North Carolina from New York in 1995. She earned her law degree from the Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina, in 1999. She and Robert created the Prevost Law Firm, P.L.L.C. to serve clients in the Monroe and greater Charlotte areas.

Robert Prevost, J.D. -- originally from Mississippi, Robert received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas. He interned with the Texas Supreme Court and practiced with a large corporate law firm. In 1994, Robert moved to North Carolina. Robert also serves as a professor at a local university, where he teaches ethics and advises pre-law students.
