Cliff Stephens - COO, President

Cliff Stephens started with Renkim in 2007 as Director of Business Development and promoted to President/COO November 2016. Prior to Renkim, Cliff spent his entire career managing operations and sales for several Fortune 500 Companies, including United Parcel Service, RPS (FedEx Ground), and McKesson Pharmaceuticals. Cliff also opened the Southwest Region of Bush Transportation, an ESOP Company located in Wilmington, Ohio. In his role, he had total P&L, Operations, and Sales responsibility for some of the largest facilities and client bases of each organization. In his position, immediately prior to joining Renkim, Cliff ran the Corporate Headquarters for Central Freight Lines in Waco, Texas and was responsible for a change in culture and structure that impacted operational efficiencies, employee retention, and revenue growth. Cliff attended Ohio State University, majoring in Marketing.

Heath Gevat

Heath started with Renkim Corporation in May 2016 & brings more than 27 years IT experience ranging from System, Web & Database administration, development & Coding in a few languages. Throughout his career he has managed, designed, & implemented a wide range of IT infrastructure solutions. From the physical network, to security, managed network devices & servers. He has been responsible for multimillion-dollar accounts at his last position with Canon, working with his customers providing business requirements gathering, proof of concepts, presenting solutions to client's senior management, system design & implementation. He has managed both internal and external client teams during the deployment process managing teams from 5-20 based on the project requirements. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, AT&T, Canon Solutions America & NCR through-out his career. He currently is responsible for 2 departments, our IT & programming. He is involved in anything technology related with Renkim Corp.

Henry Lenden - COO

Henry has over 30 years of experience managing a high-speed, fast-paced print and mail environment. Henry is responsible for directing Renkim's production departments to ensure client business demands are adhered to. Duties include managing day to day operations, monitoring production, equipment maintenance, launching new clients and ensuring Renkim quality control standards are followed. In September of 2018, Henry accepted a Brilliance of Communication Award for the Renkim team from Pitney-Bowes. This was in recognition for implementing a full color ink jet solution, eliminating special forms and providing our clients with the latest print technology. Henry recognizes Renkim's Core Values to create a strong, knowledgeable and well-motivated team of print and mail professionals. Henry enjoys weight lifting, motorcycling and restoring muscle cars when off duty.

Lewis Doot - CFO

Lew has been with Renkim since 1985 and acted as the Trustee for the original transaction that resulted in the establishment of the ESOP and the purchase of stock from Renkim's founding shareholders in 2000. Prior experience was as audit manager with a large local CPA firm in the Detroit area. Lew is CPA and a member of the AICPA and MICPA and holds a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Paul Deakin

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Infrastructure & Compliance
Paul has been with Renkim since 2008. As Vice President of Infrastructure & Compliance, Paul oversees Regulatory Compliance and oversees all Renkim clients' development projects with our Systems and Programming department. Prior to joining Renkim, Paul was Director of Business Development for a private equity firm that specialized in developing web based business startups. He attended Indiana University at South Bend, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Psychology. He is active in his local community, and enjoys spending his free time with his family and boating.

Rob Augg

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
Rob Augg has over 20 years of service-based sales and management experience. Rob has been a team member and employee owner at Renkim since 2004. Prior to Renkim Rob spent 3 years with Focus1/Hatteras in a sales capacity. Rob is a military veteran serving abroad and in the Persian Gulf. Rob currently resides in Chillicothe, OH with his wife Diane and 2 children, Lily and Miles. He serves in numerous children's ministries within his church/community as well as a seat on the local Ross County Library Board and a 3-term member of the ACA Affiliate Committee.
