Angelo A. DeCaro - Founder

​​Ange's background includes multiple Senior Management, C-level, Board Director Positions providing leadership direction in a broad range of industries. The early part of his career involved engineering and management positions up to and including two executive management assignments within IBM's sub-products manufacturing facilities. He led the initial efforts to transition the Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Facility from a captive facility to a high tech OEM provider with customers having a wide range of product complexity and volume. He was named President and CEO of a mid-size contract electronics facility and grew the revenue rate by over 200% for the first 5 years of that assignment. He led the Senior Management team through a successful IPO. With the economic downturn of the "tech bust" he led the successful transition of the primary assets and employees to a larger contract assembly corporation. ​Quadrus Consulting was founded by Ange and his partner to provide interim leadership and functional guidance focused on manufacturing and related industries. A sample of primary clients have included companies in a wide range of industries: computer assembly, door manufacturing, chemical processing, electronics component supplier. He has served as a transitional and interim manager within several manufacturing companies. He has served as a court appointed bankruptcy trustee and managed several other asset recovery and disposition projects. In 2016, Ange was certified by the Turnaround Management Association as a Turnaround Professional Education: Northeastern University

Spending most of his early career in engineering and manufacturing leadership roles, Rick co-founded Quadrus Consulting almost 20 years ago with his partner. Today he spends a majority of his time split between team facilitation, CEO Coaching and Interim CEO Positions. His current offer is more holistic in nature, encompassing all domains including healthy conscious and subconscious minds. The goal is to improve all the relationships and results in an executive's life, regardless of the life domain in which they reside. We develop a curated learning program based on a comprehensive upfront assessment. This assessment will identify your purpose and unique ability. All agreements are one year in duration.
