The Firm's Asia international business experience began with a 1990 M.B.A. internship in Hewlett Packard, Japan in international treasury, international procurement and education services departments. In 2007-08, executive experience gained as full time Director, Asia Distribution & Trade Management to resolve manufacturing, packaging and supply chain problems for retail customers in Crocs footwear, China and in 2006 as Director, Trade Facilitation and Logistics to negotiate border trade agreements between the governments of Mongolia and People's Republic of China, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for Ivanhoe Mines Mongolia, Inc. The intervening years involved building skills in international trade, transport and technology and manufacturing as a full time Project Manager and strategic Business Process Analyst for US MNCs and part time as a West Coast Correspondent and as a PRC-Asia trade specialist for international organizations... Chinese Mandarin language skills and understanding..
