At Rod Hannah Design, we believe the key to good design is through an individual, collaborative approach incorporating principles of space planning, proportion, detail, materiality, site topography, climatic conditions, sustainability and budget consideration... Through our extensive knowledge of planning requirements, building regulations, structural engineering and building construction, we produce clear, accurate and detailed construction drawings... Should a planning permit be required, architectural drawings documenting site plan, floor plans, elevations, overshadowing, overlooking, earthworks and area analysis are prepared. We assist in the coordination of planning consultancy, arborist, landscape design and bushfire reports where applicable.
