Allen Fozzard is a Vice President at Stone-Goff Partners and leads the firm's business development efforts. Allen brings over nine years of private equity, credit, and business operations experience. Prior to joining Stone-Goff Partners in 2023, Allen was at STG Partners where he was a member of the firm's business development team focused on identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in middle market technology companies. He began his career in finance in the Middle Market banking group of JPMorgan Chase and on the investment team at Valesco Industries. Brendan Lugossy is a Senior Associate at Stone-Goff. Prior to joining Stone-Goff Partners in 2023, Brendan spent five years at Arctaris Impact Investors, where he was responsible for all aspects of the deal process from origination to close including developing proprietary deal sourcing methods, performing due diligence, and providing strategic oversight to portfolio companies. Brendan graduated from Babson College where he played soccer and earned a BS with concentrations in Finance and IT Management.

Chaz Bertrand is a Partner at Stone-Goff Partners and heads up the firm's capital-raising efforts. Chaz brings over 20 years of experience as an advisor and investor in the lower middle market to this role. Previously, Chaz was at Spindrift Capital and Breakaway Ventures where he worked with family offices and institutions to develop acquisition and investment opportunities in the lower middle market. He began his career in finance in the business services investment banking groups of Robertson Stephens and Adams Harkness. Chaz has an MBA from Harvard Business School, is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team, and spent 5 years after graduation as a Special Operations Officer in the US Navy.

Claire Turner joined Stone-Goff Partners as Operations Coordinator in 2023. Prior to this role, Claire began her career as an Editorial Assistant at Georgetown University Press and subsequently served as a member of the Legal Affairs Department at National Geographic. Claire graduated cum laude with a BS from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service.
Emily Wilhoit has more than 15 years of experience in non-profit administration and project management. Prior to joining Stone-Goff, she acted as Executive Director of the League of Charleston Theatres and as a consultant with Galileo Tech Media. Emily received her BFA in Musical Theatre from Catawba College and is a core ensemble member of PURE Theatre.

Eric Kuchova is the Chief Financial Officer at Stone-Goff. Prior to joining Stone-Goff, he was a Partner & Chief Financial Officer at Cue Ball Capital, a Boston-based venture capital firm, where he oversaw finance and firm operations. Prior to Cue Ball, Eric spent 7 years at Bain Capital on their private equity finance team, focused on fund operations, financial reporting, and investment valuation. He began his career working with alternative investment managers in the assurance practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Eric earned a BSBA and MS in Accounting from Western New England University, where he currently sits on the Accounting Advisory Council, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Frank Vitagliano is the CEO of the Global Technology Distribution Council. His work is dedicated to promoting distribution's integral role in the IT channel as well as strengthening partnerships between vendors and GTDC members. His distinguished career includes executive roles at Dell Technologies, Juniper Networks, IBM, and, most recently, as president and CEO of Computex Technology Solutions. He sits on the Board of Directors for Stone-Goff portfolio companies The Channel Company and Rhodian. Previously, Frank served as the vice chairman of the Board of Directors for CompTIA. Frank has a degree in business management from Northeastern University in Boston.
Hannah Stone Craven co-founded Stone-Goff Partners in 2010 and manages the firm with Laurens Goff.
Previously, she was a partner with Sandler Capital Management, a private equity fund focused on the media, marketing services, and information industries, where she spent thirteen years sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. Hannah earned a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Hannah currently serves as a board member of Carrols Restaurant Group Inc. (NASDAQ: TAST), the largest U.S. franchisee of Burger King restaurants.

Kate is the President of MissionWired, a Stone-Goff portfolio company. After joining the MisisonWired Board in January 2023, it quickly became clear that Kate's experience in accelerating growth and scaling digital operations would move the needle significantly for MissionWired's organization.
Prior to joining MissionWired, Kate was the President and SVP at Zocdoc where she led the implementation, relationship, and optimization teams responsible for delivering value to Zocdoc's enterprise partners.
Before joining Zocdoc, Kate spent fourteen years with The Advisory Board Company, where she was an Executive Vice President, leading strategy and operations for customer delivery teams. At The Advisory Board, Kate focused on scaling operations to enable continued growth across much of the company, including the research, technology, and consulting businesses. She thrives when managing large teams pursuing complex and aggressive targets.
Prior to her career at The Advisory Board, Kate worked in the Innovation Practice at The Nielsen Company, developing new product launch forecasts on behalf of large pharmaceutical companies.
Kate graduated from Haverford College and continues to reside outside of Philadelphia with her husband and three children.
Laurens Goff co-founded Stone-Goff Partners in 2010 and manages the firm with Hannah Stone Craven.
Laurens enjoys partnering with business services executives and entrepreneurs to exploit technology and continue growth trajectories. Laurens began his career in the investment banking division of Furman Selz LLC. He subsequently joined Hampshire Equity Partners, a middle market buyout firm where he spent over eight years sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. Laurens earned a BS in Finance at Boston College. In addition to the Stone-Goff portfolio companies, Laurens currently serves on the Board of Citi Trends (NASDAQ: CTRN), a publicly traded apparel retailer. Based in Boston, Laurens is also a Board member of Prospect Hill Academy, a charter school in Cambridge, Cambridge Youth Lacrosse and Woodstock Ski Runners.

Matt joined Stone-Goff in 2021 while he was completing his MBA. Previously, he led M&A for a private investor group executing a roll-up strategy within animal health. Matt began his career in the healthcare industry, serving as the Director of Corporate Development and Strategy for COTA Healthcare and a Senior Consultant within the strategy consulting practice at Precision for Medicine. Matt earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, a Master in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College, and a MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In that role he helped create a portfolio of some of the largest names in digital education. Meet began his career in investment banking at Stifel. Patti Warnetski - Chief Compliance Officer, COO

Patti Warnetski joined Stone-Goff in 2019 initially as Chief Financial Officer and now as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Patti has 25 years of finance experience in the investment management industry. She began her career in the audit practice at KPMG, then spent 17 years in the private equity real estate funds group of Guggenheim Partners. At Guggenheim, she was a Director on the finance team responsible for fund operations and investor reporting. Patti received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Babson College and is a CPA.

She began her career at Bain & Company and went on to become EVP of Marketing & Strategy at House of Blues Entertainment. Sarah sits on the Board of Directors for Stone-Goff portfolio company FS Vector and previously for Danforth Advisors. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Trinity College and received her Master's Degree in Business from Harvard Business School.
