Abhishek ("Abhi") Shah is a Senior Associate at Stone-Goff. Prior to joining Stone-Goff in 2021, Abhi spent one year at Blackstone evaluating private credit and minority equity investments. Prior to Blackstone, Abhi spent two years at Credit Suisse advising and executing on M&A and leveraged finance transactions. Abhi earned a BS in Finance and Economics from NYU's Stern School of Business.

Anna Shipp

Brendan Lugossy

Chaz Bertrand - Managing Director

Chaz Bertrand is a Managing Director at Stone-Goff Partners and heads up the firm's Business Development efforts. Chaz brings over 20 years of experience as an advisor and investor in the lower middle market to this role. Previously, Chaz was at Spindrift Capital and Breakaway Ventures where he worked with family offices and institutions to develop acquisition and investment opportunities in the lower middle market. He began his career in finance in the business services investment banking groups of Robertson Stephens and Adams Harkness. Chaz has an MBA from Harvard Business School, is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he was a member of the varsity lacrosse team, and spent 5 years after graduation as a Special Operations Officer in the US Navy.

Emily Wilhoit

Frank Vitagliano

Frank Vitagliano is the CEO of the Global Technology Distribution Council. His work is dedicated to promoting distribution's integral role in the IT channel as well as strengthening partnerships between vendors and GTDC members. His distinguished career includes executive roles at Dell Technologies, Juniper Networks, IBM and, most recently, as president and CEO of Computex Technology Solutions. He sits on the Board of Directors for Stone-Goff portfolio companies The Channel Company and Adar. Previously, Frank served as the vice chairman of the Board of Directors for CompTIA. Frank has a degree in business management from Northeastern University in Boston.

Hannah Stone Craven - CEO

Hannah Stone Craven co-founded Stone-Goff Partners in 2010 and manages the firm with Laurens Goff. Previously, she was a partner with Sandler Capital Management, a private equity fund focused on the media, marketing services and information industries, where she spent thirteen years sourcing, executing and managing private equity investments. Hannah earned a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Hannah currently serves as a board member of Carrols Restaurant Group Inc. (NASDAQ: TAST), the largest U.S. franchisee of Burger King restaurants.

Kate Kline

Kate is the President of Health Systems at Zocdoc. She leads the implementation, relationship, and optimization teams responsible for delivering value to Zocdoc's health system partners. Before joining Zocdoc, Kate spent fourteen years with The Advisory Board Company, where she was an Executive Vice President, leading strategy and operations for customer delivery teams. At The Advisory Board, Kate focused on scaling operations to enable continued growth across much of the company, including the research, technology, and consulting businesses. She thrives when managing large teams pursuing complex and aggressive targets. Prior to her career at The Advisory Board, Kate worked in the Innovation Practice at The Nielsen Company, developing new product launch forecasts on behalf of large pharmaceutical companies. Kate graduated from Haverford College and continues to reside outside of Philadelphia with her husband and three children.

Laurens Goff - CEO

Laurens Goff co-founded Stone-Goff Partners in 2010 and manages the firm with Hannah Stone Craven. Laurens enjoys partnering with business services executives and entrepreneurs to exploit technology and continue growth trajectories. Laurens began his career in the investment banking division of Furman Selz LLC. He subsequently joined Hampshire Equity Partners, a middle market buyout firm where he spent over eight years sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. Laurens earned a BS in Finance at Boston College. In addition to the Stone-Goff portfolio companies, Laurens currently serves on the Board of Citi Trends (NASDAQ: CTRN), a publicly traded apparel retailer. Based in Boston, Laurens is also a Board member of Prospect Hill Academy, a charter school in Cambridge, Cambridge Youth Lacrosse and Woodstock Ski Runners.

Matt Gibbons - VP

At Guggenheim she was a Director on the finance team responsible for fund operations and investor reporting. Patti received her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Babson College and is a CPA.

Priyanka Chodhari

She began her career at Bain & Company and went on to become EVP Marketing & Strategy at House of Blues Entertainment. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Trinity College, and received her Master's Degree in Business from Harvard Business School.
