Alla Kuznetsova

Alla Kuznetsova Every decision begins with a movement Alla is a graduate of Columbia University, where she was awarded her master's degree in public administration and in organizational psychology and leadership. Until 2002, she was the administrative director of the university's Genome Center. It was there that she had her first coaching experience in regard to leadership and intercultural cooperation. Alla completed the Professional CoachTraining at Erickson College International (Canada) and earned a qualification in Global Executive Coaching at the Summer Institute for Intercultural Communication (Oregon). Alla is co-founder of a consulting firm for HR-development in Moscow. She is involved with international associations and organizations.

Dilek Saglam

Dilek Saglam Small steps lead to greater success Dilek graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and received her Master's Degree from Bosphorus University in Economics. She received her coaching education from The Institute for Life Coach Training (ILCT) Turkey. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). Dilek has over 20 years of management experience in the banking, insurance and pharmaceutical industries with several key executive leadership roles across various sales, finance and supply chain functions. As a professional coach, Dilek helps her clients increase their awareness, improve their performance, realize their goals, and reach their potential. She coaches in turkish and english.

Dr. Petra Müller-Demary

Dr. Petra Müller-Demary A shift in perspective reveals new solutions Petra studied social sciences, biology, and pedagogy. After receiving a doctorate in motivational psychology and several years of work in a HR-department of an international corporation, she began her international career as a consultant, among others for gas and electricity suppliers, automation and energy, telecommunication, public accountants, farming and construction equipment manufacturers. As an acclaimed expert in coaching and organizational development, Petra regularly gives talks at conferences at home and abroad.

Dr. Rekha Johnson

Dr. Rekha Johnson Unlocking diverse and mindful workforces key to team and organisational effectiveness and resiliency. Rekha holds a First Class degree in Materials Science & Engineering from Imperial College London, and a Ph.D. in Nanomaterials from the University of Oxford. She completed a post graduate diploma in Law. Her coaching education includes a degree as Executive Coach from the School of Coaching, London, a CIPD Advanced Practitioner in Learning and Development Design, Delivery and Evaluation and a degree as Transactional Analysis Practitioner for Systemic Organisational Development from EBI, Zürich. Stemming from India, Rekha and has studied and worked in UK, Germany and Switzerland - in VC funded Start Ups as well as in multinationals as a project and line manager on global projects. She has over 5.000 hours of working experience as a coach, a mentor and a trainer.

Magnus Karlberg

Magnus Karlberg Good leaders don't have all the answers, but they have the right questions Magnus is a Master of Business Administration from the Lund University in Sweden, postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School and holds the post-graduate certificate in Coaching from Middlesex University. He has a history of 25 years' experience in industries in various international markets. He is a former MD of Electrolux International Group and and headed also Electrolux Group in South Africa. Magnus has also working experience from the aerospace industry. Magnus has lived and worked in different countries and has served as a director of numerous companies. Magnus has coached leaders from a wide range of international companies and organizations within banking, pharmaceutical, automotive and insurance industry to mention a few. A fervent believer in knowledge transfer and people development across global business, Magnus sees coaching as ‘a way of giving back'.

Pawel delivers programs on leadership, sales, communication and cross-cultural management, in cultural awareness, multicultural team building and conflict resolution. He has broad experience in executive coaching for top management of Fortune 500 companies. His international experience includes countries such as Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Pawel is a passionate facilitator, moderator and public speaker. She has 20+ years of successful management experience in a number of different organisations, both businesses and public sectors and 10+ years of training and coaching enjoyment with groups and individuals of banking, telecommunications, chemical, pharmaceutical, broadcasting/media, retail, tourism industries, legal services and education. Her areas of competence include organizational and personal development and improvement, change management, communications and motivation. Her special interest is for management and communications of cross-cultural teams. Victoria's life philosophy is based on A.
