Jiten is an action-oriented creative innovator. He's a strategic thinker, a motivational leader, and a highly collaborative individual. Not only is he an expert in establishing R&D organizations, but also in scaling up processes to manufacture new technologies. He has formulation knowledge in household cleaning and personal care products.
As someone who drives growth through the development of new product innovations that provide a new experience to the consumer; he understands the consumer need and develops new technologies that address that need. In fact, he's a primary inventor of more than 35 patents in the area of controlled release!
He earned his Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. Jiten currently lives in the Lehigh Valley with his wife and two children. His interests include poetry and traveling.
Joe is a motivated and forward-thinking visionary. He oversees the strategy and development of the company's alliances, partnerships, and revenue. He joined Spray-Tek in 2016 and has held multiple roles in commercial strategy & business development.
With a distinguished 20 + year career, he has established himself as an influential and charismatic leader by leading several of the company's transformational growth initiatives. Most recently, the new acquisition of TRuCapSol.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Monmouth University. Joe currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children. His interests include golfing, skiing, and coaching his children's sports teams.
Ray is a visionary with a reputation for being a charismatic and forward-thinking leader. As an accomplished business leader with a distinguised career spanning over 25 years, he's known for steering companies towards unprecedented success through strategic innovation and transformative leadership. He joined Spray-Tek in 2010 holding a variety of roles in operations and business development.
He continues to inspire and motivate Spray-Tek's team to reach unprecedented levels of success. By fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity, he attracts top-tier talent and drives the organization to new heights.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Rutgers University. Ray currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. His interests include music, travel, hockey, and reading.
